Pilates Recovery Flow After Poor Health 1 - Gentle Flow For When You Don't Feel Good 20 mins

This Pilates routine will help you regain and rebuild your strength after you have been feeling unwell, or when not feeling 100%. With a focus on reconnecting to your centre, gently move your body, mobilise and stretch, without depleting or draining your energy levels.
You can combine this with my recovery routine 2, with more exercises for the lower body for when you feel ready for a longer class.
After poor health, always listen to your body and keep patient whilst rebuilding your strength.
This routine is also perfect for when you are new to Pilates.

Thank you, Katja! I've been "saving" this routine for the right time. I am recovering from COVID now and this was exactly what I needed to not stress myself too much but return to the mat and start building my strength again. I look forward to trying Part 2 tomorrow. Good health to you!
