Ingredients:
Milk 105g
Dry yeast 3g
Sugar 10g
Egg 1 (around 60g)
Plain flour 250g
Salt 3g
Unsalted butter 20g
Peanut butter 120g
Egg wash and some crushed peanuts around 10g (for brush and sprinkle)
Preheat oven to 180°C and bake around 20 minutes.
