Peanut Butter Bread Recipe (You may use your favorite spread or jam instead of peanut butter )
食譜
高筋麵粉：300克
盐/鹽巴：3克
速發酵母：3克
(普通乾酵母): 4-5克
室溫牛奶：200克
砂糖：5克
植物油：15克
花生醬： 2湯匙 / 2 大勺
烤箱（焗爐）溫度： 180 ℃（356℉）
烤25分鐘
放置中下層烤架
做法：
1. 把前5種食材放進麵盆， 揉成團， 然後倒入植物油， 讓油完全融進麵團；
2. 餳面20分鐘， 揉出光面。蓋住發酵至2倍大。
3. 取出排氣，分成2等份， 揉成圓球形， 蓋上保鮮紙， 鬆弛10分鐘；
4. 擀成直徑25公分（厘米）的圓形， 均勻的塗上花生醬， 捲成圓木形狀；
5. 放入烤箱2次發酵 ， 烤箱溫度35℃ (95℉)， 放一碗水保濕，大約30分鐘， 發酵到1.5倍大
6. 取出， 用利刀斜割5刀， 刷全蛋液，撒少許白芝麻；
7. 放入烤箱烘烤
Ingredients

(Active dry yeast): 4-5 g

Bake for 25 minutes
Place on lower center rack
