NO KNEAD! The result is truly incredible! Must try this peanut butter bread recipe!
Ingredients:
Eggs 1 (without shell 50g)
Water 140-160ml
Active dry yeast 3g (1tsp)
White sugar 25g (2tbsp)
Bread flour or all-purpose flour 300g (2cups)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Olive oil 15g(1tbsp)
Peanut butter
Bake in a 356F or 180 C preheated oven for 30 minutes or until it is golden brown in color.

This recipe is legit and forgiving. I've kneaded it and let it rise twice (1.5 hrs each) with no refrigerator, and it turned out just like this. Soft and light. A quick recipe that works, thank you!

Update!👍 I made it! Fantastic, super soft, excellent size for 3 people, plenty but not too much! When I roll out the dough I basted generously with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Also add dry cherries, raisins and pecans! It turns out epic! Baked @350 for 11min in the silicone round dish!👌👍👍👍😋😋😋😋😋

Helly你好,我做出来的面包口感总是像馒头或者蛋糕。。。没有拉丝的那种。 我已经揉出了手套膜,配方也是按照标准的来,面粉用的也是高筋面粉。。。 试过了好几种办法,例如延长发酵时间,增加水量,增加黄油量等等。。。但是最终成品还是失败了 请问有什么办法解决吗?

It's very difficult to time it backwards of one wants to eat the bread fresh out of the oven So how does one go about it? Can one finish all the proofing job and put it in the fridge and take it out in time for baking? Will this work or will it flatten the bread ? Please advice Thank you.

Hi, I have baked it. It really soft & delicious. May I know why my dough cannot pull out the film? My dough is very soft. After baking, the bread cannot pull apart like braided bread, why? Thank you.

可以把清水换成牛奶,因为牛奶含水量大概是90%,可以先加150克牛奶,再根据面团的状态做调整,这个免揉面团一定要湿软些但能成团。我用的是室温水,如果用温牛奶(不要超过30度)不会影响发酵,如果用冷牛奶就适当延长发酵时间。

是的,因为免揉面团的含水量大,在冰箱放置一晚后可以让面团自己生成面筋,也就是让时间来帮助揉面,口感很好。想出膜最好用高筋面粉做。

The difference is, bread flour has more protein so if you use bread flour, the bread will be more soft.
