So inviting to give a try. The finish product looks so soft and smooth.

I made this today. I would personally do 3 things different. #1- I would knead some butter into the dough to make it more soft; #2- Would add more sugar; #3- Would definitely add more stuffing, I like it to be oozing out haha. Will try making this another time with those alterations :)

yeah DEFINITELY more sugar in the filling; and this is coming from a guy who doesn’t like it too sweet. I also recommend pouring like a half cup of cream/milk into the baking pan before baking or else the bread will be dry.

If you're having a bad day there is nothing more relaxing than half an hour or more spent quietly sitting with and talking your woes over with chickens or quails. They're better listeners than ducks or geese as well (have kept them all in the past, will return to just chickens and quails in the future (though Guinea Fowl aren't too bad either) when I can. So peaceful and they have gained you a new subscriber.

Those soft, beautiful creamy buns, brings me down memory lane, to a bakery near my house, where my mother used to buy hot tasty buns with coconut filling, coconut jam( kaya as the call it in Malaysia) filling and various other flavours. I used to enjoy eating those buns for breakfast. You are such an expert and make these buns so easily. 用温牛奶可以发酵快些，因为现在是夏天我用的冷牛奶。我用的是防沾烤盘可以不用垫烘焙纸，如果烤盘不防沾需要垫

YES! i LOVE the no-knead dough recipes! i have one that turns out the fluffiest dough i've ever seen. & the best tasting, as well... just love it. rapid rise is the only way to go for me bcz i have degenerative disc disease & can't do the kneading. just recently came across the rapid-rise-yeast recipe awhile back here on utube. o happy day!
