I'm a fan of your comedy/acting work, but its obvious that you are genuinely interested in cooking / eating / food in general and that really makes the content better. I made a vegetarian version of this over the weekend and it turned out great! Instead of shrimp, I used firm tofu and chopped peanuts. I also made vegan oyster sauce out of mushrooms. Thanks for the inspiration to try this delicious dish Jimmy! 😋

This is the type of content I have been looking for. Traveling around the world cooking and trying food with all the open style how to cook kitchens from around the world.

I’ve been learning how to cook different cuisines from Jimmy …I can follow his directions (simple & easy!) and I’m all about the chili and hot spices! Learning how to cook and having fun with it, that’s the way to go.

While you’re there..should definitely go hit up bunch of tea plantations in Chiang rai. Roti guu is a great place for crispy flavored roti, and if you’ve never tried shrimp paste rice. Have to try Kapi kapor restaurant too…one of rare dishes that (have a lot of sides) we don’t have in the US or just not as good.
