Retired Police Car Crown Victoria P71 may have the passenger side airbag disabled. I discovered the Passenger Side Airbag was unplugged and a "Bypass" devise was connected to the Airbag plug to prevent the Airbag Warning from being on.
This is likely done on patrol vehicles fitted with laptops or other devises that may be launched if the Airbag deployed during an accident.
If you purchased a P71 check that the bag is connected.
