Mine is the same. Was hoping you had the solution lol Although doesn't come up on my obd11 reader at all. Had heard about something under the seat but don't know what. Do please reply if you find out. Cheers and good luck. Oh if I do find a solution I'll let you know.

Hi ye could be the clock spring assembly, but do check at the connections under the seat as these systems are all connected and some faults are triggered by other faults good luck with it

Mine has the same issue and has for a few years now(never bothered to fix) was diagnosed as a driver seat airbag connection failure.

It’s a fairly easy repair I thought it was going to be a ordeal but here in the uk a car won’t pass it’s yearly MOT with any waning lights on the dash and mine wouldn’t go out

The light flashes a number. One followed by….. I think yours is 1.9 which will be the steering wheel clock spring. Google the ‘numbers thing’.

seems like the "numbers thing" is bit too vague, just googled it myself

It will only be steering wheel clock spring if it flashes once then pauses then flashes 9 times to signify code 19. Any other amount of flashes will signify something different. Also every time you switch the car on it will go through this pattern of flashes repeating it 3 times over I think it is to give you chance to count it and make a note of the code, it will then stay on permanently until you switch off the engine and restart it starting the whole flash sequence over again.

I agree one flash a pause then 9 flashes is faulty clock spring, I recently had this problem on my Super V8 X358

Airbag Service due? Non of my cars are posh enough to have an airbag....not that any of them run and drive...

I think it’s the clock spring it’s all pointing to it at the moment 🤣🤣🤣 oh dear

Did you sort it? If it’s one longer flash, followed by 9 short flashes (3 cycles then solid on) then as others have said, it’s the clock spring. I’ve just done one, got it from a breakers.
