35:25 That was indeed lag. I had lengthy experience with terrible internet DS2 fights. What you were doing is stacking huge amounts of data/attacks being sent to the guy while his connection struggled to send anything back. So he froze most of the time before you received packets indicating small movement. The last bit was him attacking your phantom probably minutes prior. He'd died on his end way before that. It just took forever for you to get that information, hence the sudden burst of damage.

I love how no matter the age of the video these will always be so good to watch

The gap in skill can be so wide in DS2 most of these invasions feel like a lion fighting mice.

Oro man you are rockin that thing! Those r2 role punishes were clean af, and those pseudo combos were juicy. Great Hammers are by far my favorite weapons and this is my new favorite episode. Also I died laughing at 48:53 "let's see how he's doing" as you find him under a pile of dragon bros.

+dlepi40 Sight parry is when you react to seeing the moment of the opponents weapon, unlike oro's back step parry sight parry needs no setup u just have to go for it if u see your opponent swing at u

Best STR weapon in the game, IMO. The Running R1 > R2 double spin is incredible. I'm surprised I haven't seen you do this yet. R2 move is the exact same as the running r1, which can cause real confusion when you do "another running attack" almost immediately.

Can't wait to see more of this in Dark Souls 3.

Oro, in case you don't know yet,, you CAN parry some of the two-handed ultra-weapon attacks. You can't parry the standing 2HR1/R2s, but you can parry the rolling/running R1s.

great vid!!! you think you'll do anymore Oro's arsenal vids for DkS2 before DkS3 comes out?

I reccomend that oro takes a look at the black dragon greataxe; it has a good moveset with very high base damage and a dagger back stab animation. Allows for builds to have high vigor, endurance, and adaptability while maintaining a high damage output and quick backstabs

At 1:56 the host has 2 buffs and full HP, so it's safe to say HE DIDN'T mean to fall off that edge XD. At 26:19 it's safe to say that it's my second time seeing you get destroyed in seconds, GG to that guy

First invasion ever was in Black Gulch one night with this weapon, smacked a guy into the hand monsters and he got eaten.

Hey, Oro, I've noticed every Oro's Arsenal has been based off a weapon, so can I ask that maybe soon we get some kind of shield based video? Something worth using, obviously, such as the Buckler, Watcher's Shield or even the Havel's. I'd love to see something on the Watcher's as in my opinion it's one of the best shields to use. Light, good parry and very strong when scaling with strength, seeing as you just did a video on a str weapon. Also, best Dark Souls KZreadr, as well as Peeve.

What Soul Memory (or level) Do you usually aim for in these builds for the arsenals? Just curious if you have like..a handful of characters you go to or just one you keep respeccing.

I've been calling it Anvil on a Stick since I discovered it's existence lol.

I'm pretty sure you can parry the 2 handed rolling attacks and running attacks on the "great" weapons. I love getting people with that!
