I like how they changed the scythe's parry/riposte animation from Dark Souls 1, it's a lot better to see that than to have the characters jam the blade, top first, through an opponent like it was a sword.

I've never noticed it until this Oro's arsenal, but I really appreciate the effort you put into making sure that you fight in a variety of different locations. Or maybe you just get bored of an area and just feel like leaving. Either way. It makes it the videos a lot better.

Such a hard weapon to beat honestly. The distance is so great and then no one ever realizes the 2 handed RT/R2 when they roll at you. Such a fun weapon. Thanks Oro for the video! It's always a pleasure getting to watch you play it.

Hosts can do whatever they want in an invasion. If the host bows/waves without enemies around, though, it usually signals they are willing to duel. But if your being invaded, anything goes.

+Fadedgogeta i go by the same rules if i inavde/am being invaded anything goes. its not an honour duel its a fight to the death. re sopa stones and such are different as its an agreed upon duel.

The 2hand secondary attack is great for catching people when they roll, because it strikes twice, so people will evade the first one, and if you manage to turn correctly, the second swing will catch them. This way you can easily wear down those annoying players who have learned to evade just about anything.

I really miss Dark Souls II online. It was pretty much great. I still find people playing but not like the good old days.

ok. so I have just seen the whole video and I most say that you dont even play against skilled players. I suck at PvP and got 2 sec delay on controller or the PZ3 but comon they dont even know what dogde is

How is that a gank?? there still was enemy's. usually if all enemy's are dead then it's a gank. did you ever consider that he was just going through the game??Then a blue shows up in a 1v1 and yet again he calls it a gank. (face palm)

Hey Oro, ive watched SO MANY of your videos and love your stuff, now i have a question.. i destroyed Demon Souls, Dark Souls, and then i took a long break from games to do some stuff, and recently just finished Dark Souls 2, i just got the DLC for Dark Souls 2 and just got the Iron Crown, need to get the other two, i DO have Dark Souls 3 but the question is, since im still trying to beat Dark Souls 2 DLC, should i go higher level to see if i can get people to summon in co-op? im level 160, not sure many even play anymore, ive had to beat all the bosses alone since i started the game late.

How do you get enough upgrade materials to use so many weapons? With regular titanite I could understand leaving most at +9 but how on earth can you use so many boss weapons?

what was that weapon at about 4 minutes covered in lightning?

Oroboro, what is a good build to use to rank up in the covenant of blood? I mean I've been having such a hard time, because everyone I seem to meet just does 10 million damage and take barely even a scratch themselves or are just beyond good. I can parry decently, and I win about as much as I loose so I no I don't completely suck in the arena, but its so frustrating constantly loosing to obnoxious builds/backstab fishers/constant parrying. People in the arena also seem to enjoy walking away to lure, and quickly go for a hit and continue walking away. I've been fairing alright with the warped sword, but seriously, and tips or a nice new build would be BEYOND appreciated. Its funny how drastically different pvp is in the arena vs. the game. Thank you so much!

My suggestions: -Rebel's Greatshield build to cock block weapon buff stackers/99% of the arena playerbase -Complete magic immunity build=stacking elemental resistant gear, rings, spells, etc to cock block magic spammers (who are among the usual buff stacking idiots as well. This essentially reduces taken damage from buff users by 70-80% if combined with decent armor). -practice rolling= learn common tactics and how to roll out of certain situations: part of this is never spamming attacks to not get roll-BSed easily -use a unique, wacky/badass setup: this is to completely catch opponents off guard by being an opponent utilizing a playstyle that is not common, therefore unknown how to properly counter. Most of this involves making use of unique movesets of certain weapons and/or powerstancing.

certain weapon types require a delay before you parry, and others require you to press parry immediately after you backstep
