Onirigi (Japanese Rice Balls) with Eggs and Pollock Roes

Delicious and easy to make. If you don’t have the mold to shape the rice balls, you can roll it into a ball by hands. You can also wrap seeweed and enjoy the rice balls.
Ingredients:
2 cups Japanese white rice
2 eggs
2 salted Pollock Roes ( you sub it with cooked salmon or tuna)
Green onion
1tsp -2tsp sesame oil
1//4-1/2tps salt
1/4tps granulated sugar
1tbsp rice vinegar
