Just a friendly reminder, this video is intended to just show these saws in action. It is in no way meant to be a comparison or "which one is better" kind of thing. All the saws featured were sharp, although the McCulloch was running a well used bar and chain. For those curious as to why the Husqvarna cut the fastest, the 285 CD has the largest engine displacement of all the saws featured in this video (85cc). It is also a professional grade saw and most pro grade saws run higher RPM than non-pro grade saws.

The 026 was just a good old and reliable saw made to get the job done 4Sure, I still have my 025 another good old saw.

Does the oiler work on the 610.mine doesnt seem to be getting a lot from the auto oiler...good video by the way..i like to see the older saws

It wasn't oiling at all when I got it. The oil pickup hose in the tank had rotted and fell off, so I replaced the hose and the manual oiler works now but the auto oiler still doesn't. I think the oilers were known for having problems on these.

Chris Hester the manual oiler works on mine..i might get a diagraphm for the pump on ebay see how it goes...there a good saw only for the oiler problems 👍

Well of course the chain on the husqvarna was sharper than the others, he's a husky fan. Not fair test, at least sharpen the rest of the saws. It seems that every video the 026 is a little too rich, HUSKY FAN🤔🤨😐🤔🤔🤨🤨
