Oklahoma Joe Bronco | How to Smoke Texas Sized DINO BEEF RIBS Recipe.

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Today I smoked some Texas Style DINO BEEF RIBS. These Texas Style Beef Ribs are just about the easiest thing to make. With a little patience and dedication, you can make some Texas Style Beef dino ribs just like i did!! Please Subscribe and hit the notification button!
Texas Style Beef Ribs:
Trim the fat off the top to expose the meat
I suggest that you leave the membrane on to protect the meat. TO ENSURE A TENDER RIB LET THE MEAT COME UP CLOSE TO ROOM TEMPERATURE WHILE YOU GET YOUR FIRE READY
Use whatever kind of binder that you would like. oil, mustard, etc then sprinkle a generous amount of your favorite seasoning ALL OVER the rib.
Preheat your smoker and let your maintain a constant temperature of 250-275 degrees. Place beef ribs on the smoker and leave it alone for 2-3 hours to allow a bark to form.
Wrap the beef ribs for an additional 2-2 1/2 hours until it has reached an internal temperature between 203-205 degrees (Temperature Probe Recommended). Leave the beef ribs wrapped up and rest them for at least an hour before you cut them.

Awesome cook, they look great. I'll be doing the same this weekend. I have a Bronco myself and wondering where you picked up the aftermarket grate from.?
