Hello max, thank u for the videos and the inspiration. Just wanted to ask u if there is any particular way to really involve the calves in the burpees? Cause im not really feelin them work

Max, after doing so incredibly many reps, which parts of your body is sore the next day (or day 2)? You’re probably so used to it that you may not feel much. But for a beginner, if I start it, how might I feel? TQ!
