    no! train hard but leave a few reps in the tank. don't go overboard or your tendons wont be able to take it when healing

    Well that is pretty specific right? You can‘t apply this to straight arm push like Planche… or do you always Planche Press yourself up for full ROM? 😅

    You can press straight body from support to handstand, but it is really difficult. Possible, but really advanced. Full planche press and top half rom front lever pulls are better imo.

    @@mwkibomiazawa1003you cant compare those two at all. Front Lever raises full ROM are way easier than Planche Presses 😂

    Thanks you, so say if I was doing pushups. Then I would go three seconds down and pause at the bottoms for 2 seconds then back. Is that how I should do it?

    I can't do a single rep of bodyweight pullover how the * am is supposed to isolate the Lats? That's why I switched to weights. I can feel my triceps more with cables than with calisthenics

    You can either work with easier progression levels e.g. straddle or advanced tucked or with resistance bands.and you should definitely become stronger in pull ups, ideally even with extra weight later on

    Not sure about muscle MASS. But Never had better strength in my arms than when I did Pull ups superset with Push ups. NO Gym workout has ever made me strong in Arm Wrestling 😂

    I quite don't understand in another video you said that you can't build muscle.at all with calisthenics and that it was better yo mix in weights. Now you can but doing full ROM , I'm confused

    He never claimed that calisthenics can't build muscles, that's what his whole channel was built upon. He mixes in weights for "optimal" muscle growth.

    Tuck your legs. If that's also too difficult, work on your inverted rows until your can elevate your feet and it for reps comfortably.
