I love the new KinoBody workout and message. I chase PR's and eat low cal. Finally seeing results.
I’ve never followed you closely but when I do tune in I appreciate that your training philosophy aligns closely with mine. I wonder if you feel like you gained all the muscle you ever will? If so have you found yourself to be moving towards other fitness goals? Such as calisthenics, biking, martial arts, running. This summer I’ve been loving the bike and running and learning muscle ups.
Sick bro, you're killing it with those military style pull ups. I've been working out for 6 months and only found your channel a month ago but it's been a game changer. I've been making amazing progress with intermittent fasting and full body workouts 3x a week. Losing body fat while gaining muscle and breaking PRs every week.

Greg you changed my life. I found you about 4 years ago, and you helped me get in good shape, and everything else that came with it, opportunities, my now beautiful gf, my career, my car. Everything came from you. You inspired me to get in shape and it ultimately bled into everything else I do in my life. I am forever in debt with you and hope one day I could shake your hand. I was a fat slob loser with no car and no job. But you unleashed a sleeping giant. I am nowhere near my goal but I love where I’m going. Kinobody doesn’t just work it’s life changing. Kinobody isn’t about having a nice body. It’s about unleashing the best you and becoming a kino warrior. Thank you Greg. I hope I could meet you one day.

This style works great with weights, calisthenics & hybrid. Choose the style according on how you feel each training day and never get bored. On those 5 rest days a week add a little bit of cardio, strech/movement and some fun stuff here and there and you're set.

greg the type of guy to nickname his biceps 'kino' and 'body' and kiss himself in the mirror before leaving the gym
I like your methodology with the less sets. Only difference for me is I do the lighter sets first. Leg training is so draining so do enough to have some quad sweep, inner thigh and glutes but don’t murder yourself. 💪 Edit after finishing the video: I respond better to low volume/high intensity as well. I believe this has to do with fast twitch dominance- they fatigue quicker and need a longer recovery. My 23andme points toward inclination toward fast fibers along with the Actn-3 gene. I still believe in working up to the heavy weight but keeping well below failure for those sets.
It's crazy how this completely flys in the face of say someone like Ryan Humiston and his death by volume approach.
This is nice.

Kinobody more like Kingobody.
This is similar to what Steve Reeves suggested in some recordings. Back in the day of Reeves...men could only workout in gyms on Mon-Wed-Fri...and women would workout Tues-Thurs-Saturday. In that day..the greats all did what we call minimalist type training...with 2 or 3 day full body and the proof that these methods work can easily be seen with guys like Steve Reeves and John Grimek.

Greg the type of guy to get in better shape the less he works out
I know this is a year old but I’ve been doing 2 days full body per week and honestly my body responds very well to minimalist training. Rather than a split routine. Or 3 days a week. Having more rest days, it seems my body grows and gets stronger with more rest. let’s say 3 days a week and one rest day in between and 2 on weekends. I also have a high metabolism so doing less instead of more also helps keep it from becoming to high to where my intake would need to be super high.
I recommend turning the voice audio up a bit man.
Funny enough I get the best results with 3 strategic 45 min. workouts a month, 1 heavy set for each bodypart, feel fully recharged and my strength gains have gone through the roof
The lean makes me feel like spiderman
Yo greg , I want to look like you someday
