To everyone reading this: having goals is good, but never beat yourself over for not beign able to quickly achieve them. Never skip steps, follow a progression and don't feel ashamed to start with your knees on thy ground or even inclined on a wall. Some people just don't have the genetics and didn't develop strong arms during their teenager years or you are simply a little overweight now. Don't let people put you down. Stay determined and you WILL achieve your goals. Stay healthy :)
