    My family was looking for some rather large property/acreage in Texas and Howell county. We obviously need to reevaluate our choice as I don't want us making a 7 figure investment in an area were police enforce 'feelings'.

    I just called their police dept and asked if they dispatched cops to people who were looking too long at others. They said yes but were unsure if it was misdemeanor or felony. What a joke. I’m sorry Travis

    What a crazy accusation? Starring is now a crime? I am bewildered. Asserting your 4th amendment right is essential. The first thing this an officer says is " ID". Most people don't know you don't have to show it expect at a traffic stop or upon a legal arrest. Great the cop left. I am thrilled you posted information about your pending case and you Go Fund Me.     They so willingly accept anonymous calls to initiate criminal investigations and demand ID but aren't willing to respect 4th Amendment Rights when someone tries to use them. They don't know who they are dealing with, that's for sure.

    At 4:40 it suddenly went from "staring" at people to "harassing" them. In his mind, when he thought an ID was possible, it was harmless staring.     He called in to see if complainant wanted to pursue charges. If yes things would have gotten worse. Cops seem to be willing to invent violations for callers. I their eyes, once called its an ( investigation ) no if ands or butts.

    How could they possibly know you were staring without staring at you ? I had the same problem without the police being involved. I walked out my home and noticed a young man looking at me, after locking the front door and needing to walk in the same direction as the guy still looking at me who had now stopped walking so I passed him and looked back and he was still looking at me and he said stop looking at me. Lol We nearly got into a fight but as I was taking my bag off my back he started to call for back up. I laughed and continued on my way.

    Odd part is- How did someone know Trav was staring at them unless they were staring at him? 😳🤦‍♂️ I honestly haven’t heard anything this dumb since my 2 sons were very young.     ​@@kurtwetzel154 Honestly though... The cop here quickly aborted his attempt to (improperly) demand ID, didn't escalate the encounter further, remained calm, polite and reasonably professional, ultimately left without getting his ID... I truly wish more cops were just like Officer Manning.

    Officer Manning had the crust to say "Let's be real here". This policeman was so far from being real that his lines could've been lifted from a Beckett play. Travis did his usual good job of trying to make the police acknowledge how absurd they can be.

    Dispatch. I just had an officer out here staring at me, making my uncomfortable. I couldn't determine if his drooling was because he was hungry or horny. Either way I fear for my safety and I'll defend myself.

    This cops probably lied about the whole thing. You should foia the “complainant”. I really don’t think there is one. Maybe someone called in and said there is a guy with his car covered staying in the park. Then they just changed the complaint to something they could legally contact you for.

    I would have said "well how they know if I'm staring if their not staring at me too? And is staring a crime officer?" Then I would have went on to "you know it does seem kind of suspicious that someone thinks someone is staring at them? What do they have to hide? are they hiding something that they would think I would find out?

    i had a a Karen approach me in the park yesterday while I was walking my dog. She didn't like how long I had bent down to pick up my sweet little girl's excrement and asked me in a rather harsh way "did you just do a poop dump"....I was speechless. WTF is wrong with these women?

    Might be time for dispatchers and cops alike to get some mandatory "KAREN" training. When a call like this comes in (probably on 911) the standard response should be "mind your own F'n business and everyone will be just fine".

    (To be clear i think it's /morally/ wrong that Travis gets approached by police so often for just being places, and he has had his rights trampled on almost countless times in his videos, but in this single specific instance all that happened was a conversation. I'm honestly not sure what rights you think were violated)

I’ve talked to police when I was arrested and it saved my ass because I got them in the station in the interrogation room admitting to never having probable cause to search it was great

    Somebody called in and said officer Manning was an idiot and his starring was making them uncomfortable. Manning pissed because he can’t illegally intimidate man into giving his id. Next officer Manning will be arresting people for starring at trees with binoculars (ie bird watching). Outstanding public relations campaign add for West Plains, Missouri and its police force!

    I dunno if Tyrant is entirely fair. He left without getting the ID he asked for, didn't unlawfully arrest anyone... that's gotta be ABOVE AVERAGE for an encounter with the police on this channel. His claim that he *had* to "investigate" may even be true (according to the policies of his department). I bet "audit the audit" would score both parties pretty well here.
