That was only the teaser... Wait till you see the whole DVD tutorial... Much to learn.
I miss the time when animation was done this way. Traditional animation should be seen as a different style rather than something old that should be discarded. Oh! Fievel! :D Again, thanks for posting these Mr. Bluth. You are one of my greatest inspirations of all time!
I don't know if you'll ever read this. But, I want to tell you that you're the reason that I decided to become an animator. As I look back, I realize that it is your style of animation that I wish to emulate. I want my characters and backdrops to have their hearts worn in their movements, and the moods foretold by the settings. I know that sounds like an oversale, but that is what I interpret from your work. Thanks, Mr. Bluth. You'll never stop inspiring me.

Nice vid, Don! If I was currently studyinng animation, I'd totally buy it.
Well, thank you for posting this anyway. It's very good and it shows you things that, as one who is learning animation, you might not expect or overlook. Things such as exposure sheets, camera field sheets, panning animation paper, and the two main types of animation drawings (extremes and inbetweens).

I agree with this comment wholeheartedly. Thanks for posting this and other videos !
Thanks so much! What is the name of the thing that holds your paper, with pegs in it? Is that a light box designed just for animation?
@DonBluthProductions to bad this isn't readily available at an art store like Utrecht or Blick's
Is this a part of the DVD series on the website?
I Got a Question to ask you about those other field guides besides the real thing (I Actually have a ChromaColor HDTV (1.77:1) Field Guide along with a whole lot of peg hole reinforcements (2 slotted and 1 rounded), Did You Make those or did you buy them from what store with your money? I Have almost over 61 Cel-Vinyl colors from Cartoon Color (some are store-bought acrylic paint from a local Michaels crafts store) what did you call those Cel-Vinyl colors of your own, Vinyl Paint?
