Jeff I have to thank you, I’ve watched hours of your videos and learned so much. Yesterday I harvested a huge buck thanks to your mock scrape strategy. It really worked like a charm I had bucks all over it for weeks. Thanks again and good luck with the rest of your season!

Hey Jeff thanks for the great video. I shot my buck at 6:35 this morning 5 miles north of Coon Valley. So pumped but we are gonna give him a bit of time and go in after lunch. Thanks again , You have been my #1 go to for knowledge on this matter for several years now so just wanna let you know how much I appreciate all you and Dylan and Diannes hard work. Five star

Exactly how I hunt. Last year I waited until the after the 5th of November to go in after a 10 point that just showed up on my trail cam. 10 am here he comes following a doe shot him at 10 yards. Good luck this year everyone and great video.

Jeff and Dillon, thank you for all you are doing. I've been following you for a while now. I just started to archery hunt last year and struggled. I hunt a small parcel less than 20 acres. This year I applied what you were saying, I worked my tail off preping the property easy access, to and from my stand , food , licking branch , mock scrape ,, all like you've been telling us . Saturday morning all my hard work paid off . Thank you so much . Biggest buck that I have ever taken . Following a doe, head down and focused on that doe had no idea I was there. Wind was perfect, I saw what the weather was going to be like just like you always say hunt the weather, all was perfect. My first archery bucket I'll remember forever I owe it all to you two gentleman, thank you.

I'm in central VA. My buddies think I'm crazy for having 7 stands on 27 acres. I have been following Jeff's videos and attempting to adopt his methodology for my micro parcel for 3 years now. I'm 44 years old, I have taken many Deer and Elk in my lifetime, but never an old mature buck. That is, until yesterday. We had a 25 degree temperature drop. I took a 5 year old buck out of a fresh stand at 11:50 am. The proof is in the pudding! Jeff's content is the real deal, and if you are new to it. You should go back and watch every video. These videos have changed the way I hunt, the way I access my property, the way I plant and what I plant. Most of all, it has changed what I experience when I am in the woods. Thanks Jeff!

Love this channel, almost 130K subs!! I've enjoyed watching your channel grow.. BTW, how do you always seem to put out videos that pertains to my exact situation.. yesterdays blood trail video hit home so hard, being that the night before we ended up jumping a huge doe I shot because I didn't use enough patients... we watched the video and all asked ourselves, " who called Jeff and told him"... we did recover her the next morning.. but HUGE lesson learned. Thanks for everything you do Jeff, I'm 100 times better hunter than I ever thought I'd be because of your generosity.. 🙏🙏

Jeff the best way to move those heads....is too take a sheet of OSB and using 2-3 drywall screws per head just line them up and screw thru the backside of the OSB into the back of the shoulder mount. It will lock them down and you should be able to get 8 or more on the 1 OSB sheet.

I live in Northern NY rifle opening is November 17th to December 10th then muzzle loader for another week. Some of my best hunting has been that late season second rut. Big bucks will move late season that second rut can be a good time. Also hunting food sources that time of year ive been successful. That cold weather they move alot. But I'm also killing mainly good 4 or so year olds not 6+ year olds. I hunt public swamps where no one goes. I carry a wooden plank to cross the creek that runs through the swamp. Its deep with no bottom. I also bring an 8 foot step ladder to sit on to see over the cat tails. I find bucks lay on small islands surrounded by water. Especially if it holds a tree. Its alot of work to get back there but it usually pays off.

Got an awesome and my first ever 10 point this October 4th hunting the acorns. Like somebody else said, people around my area think I'm good or lucky depending in who ya ask. Lol. I’d like to hear your thoughts about going out of state onto family owned private land for two weeks that you don’t have the chance to pre scout. Just picking up heading there and hunting. How to scout it how to plan hunting but not scare out or bump deer from the property and get a good quality mature buck. Love all the content and I feel I’m becoming a better hunter watching all your videos! Thanks Jeff! Fellow Michigander

Just found this channel and have watched at least 10 videos alone today. Great stuff! I know your mostly hunting the northern states. Not sure of if the choice for food plots apply to North Carolina where I just purchased 144 acres to start managing.

Jeff - Your ‘playbook’ has paid huge dividends already for me this year with 2 nice Maryland 8-pt. I always put the weather as my priority. This coming Saturday I head to Missouri for an annual trip and with definitive travel plans, etc, I can’t forgo sits for the week. The weather looks warm our first first few days there (low 70s for a high). Not ideal for peak rut. Any thoughts on stand placement with those conditions? Keep up the great work! Awesome content.

Would you hunt at all this week in southwest wisconsin after today with this warm weather all week. Or would you just wait till the big temp drop 11/9? 11/9-11/10 looks great !

Jeff, I am a newer whitetail hunter and huge fan of yours!! Trying to learn all I can from you. I have 90 acres with lots of does and get fawns and spikes but not seeing mature bucks (you probably would haha.) Is there anything to having too many does on my land? Wondering if a slight thinning of does would do anything. I know nothing so this may be idiotic. haha. Thanks Jeff!!

@@troygaines4119 yea it is at second thought I should hit it about right and the cold front is going to make it that much better! I had my target buck skirt me at 245 this afternoon 40 yards without a clean shot. Things are looking pretty good over here lots of movement this afternoon.
