Nothing but oatmeal! I cook every day. Amazingly soft bread without sugar

Recipe and ingredients:
400 grams of oat flour.
7 grams of dry yeast.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Where do you come from?

Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes.

I made this today and it is delicious. I have a gluten issue and rice flour (in every gluten free commercial bread recipe) makes me very, very stiff in the joints. I like to have a slice of toast in the morning to give me fuel for my day and this bread is perfect! Thank you so much for the recipe! BTW, I get 16 thin slices from this recipe at 108 cal, 17g net carb (2 g fiber), 2.7 g fat and 3 g protein for each slice. The only change is that I use 1 T maple syrup instead of sugar free - which adds less than 1 g carb per slice. I'm from Wisconsin, USA

@@valeriadurante9965, ich würde Honig nehmen. Die Hefe Pilze "essen" den Honig komplett auf. Das heißt, Du mußt ihn nicht als Kohlenhydrat berechnen. Damit sollte es klappen. Ahornsirup ist auch eine gute Wahl

Vielen Dank für dieses Rezept! 🥰 Ich musste einen Laib Brot backen und stellte zu meinem Entsetzen fest, dass ich weder Weizen noch Dinkelkörner im Schrank hatte. Ich ziehe es vor, das Mehl selbst zu mahlen. (Schlechte Planung, besonders wenn heute ein Feiertag ist und alle Geschäfte geschlossen sind 🙈). Ich hatte nur Haferkörner im Schrank, die ich für mein geliebtes Overnight Oats Frühstück selbst flocke. In meiner Verzweiflung dachte ich, ich schaue mal bei You Tube nach, ob jemand (in der Hoffnung auf das Beste 🙏🏻) vielleicht ein Rezept für ein Brot nur mit Hafermehl hochgeladen hat. Und siehe da, ich habe Ihr Video gefunden! Mein Brot ist gerade aus dem Ofen gekommen und es duftet köstlich!🍞😋 Ich habe sofort auf "Like" und abonniert und freue mich darauf, Ihre anderen Rezepte auszuprobieren! I couldn't wait to try this. My yeast was expired, but I used it anyway (instant rapid rise), and I didn't have oat flour so I ground some oatmeal. I let it rise for 25 minutes, and it smelled great while cooking. It lost bouyancy while cooking, flattened. I let it cool 10 minutes and sliced it while still warm. I really like it. It may be different once it completely cools, but I will make it again. Vielen dank for a really nice easy recipe, and thank you also for taking the time to create these recipes. Ohio, USA.

@@lightgiver7311 Thanks, you are probably correct. It's thoroughly cooled now, and remains soft and good, especially with a little Kerrygold! BTW, I used Avocado Oil.
