Ingredients:
1 cup 210 g green lentils.
10 g baking powder.
1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
a little turmeric.
35 g psyllium husk.
Salt to taste.
100 g pumpkin seeds.
350 ml water.
30 ml olive oil.
Recipe 2:
250 g lentils.
Water.
30 ml olive oil.
2 tablespoons rice flour.
2 tablespoons psyllium husk.
1 tablespoon ground coriander.
5 g baking powder.
1 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
a handful of sunflower seeds.
a handful of sesame seeds.

    I like the taste of lentil flat bread made of ground dry lentils, even dal-style without the peels, is nice, but it makes me fart like crazy: not edible to my mind. Definitely soaking and mixed with soaked rice works for me. The addition of legume to rice makes yeast go off like crazy. Indeed that mixture will ferment all by itself overnight.
