Hello, i have a suggestion about a "non gamer watch". You should watch a vidéo explaining the FNAF (Five Night At Freddy's) lore. It's pretty deep and a great yet hidden story

I love how you recognized Toronto. And Sojourn is not a robot, she is human, but she has a lot of robotic implants and prosthetics to help her in battle. We are yet to learn how she got them though

I LOVE that they added Toronto to the game, they also are adding New York, Rio de Janeiro, and more. Junker Queen and Soujourn are really cool new characters and I can’t wait to learn more about them

Seeing your reaction to Sojourn is all the proof why representation is important in games. You were absolutely beaming! Glad to see more Overwatch, and here's hoping for more cool cinematics in the future!

I know, I was slim when I was young, but today I am an old chubby guy. You cant imagine the joy of watching kung fu panda as a fat guy. He has all his flaws and clumsiness but watching him not overcoming but accepting himself and make the better of it was great. That make me realize we cant deny that kind of joy to trans or gay people.

Overwatch prides itself on having heroes from a wide variety of regions and cultures. It's about time they got around to making a Canadian character. :)

I even have a theory that Sojourn might be either bisexual (we already have two homosexual characters - Tracer and Soldier 76 respectively) or even "robo-sexual". We have several characters who express distinct dislike and prejudice towards Omnics (Zarya, Torbjorn and the Junker Queen, although the first two might be on their way to revising their views), so it would be interesting to see someone with the opposite viewpoint. The latter might be more likely since Sojourn willingly had herself cyberised and seems quite proud of them (unlike Genji who was converted unwillingly to save his life and took a long spiritual journey to come to terms with them). It would be a nice little additional representation if Sojourn had a 'significant other' was also an Omnic. We saw in the "Alive" short that some people amoung the crowd were Omnic/Human partners, might be interesting to have a similar aspect for one character.

I don't mind the diversity at all, but when Blizzard is using an algorithm to decide what race, sex, skin color, and among other things like disabilities are all calculated to decide what character to make next just weirds me out. And Blizzard caught so much flak for it that they took that part of their page and changed the wording to make it seem not so weird, but that doesn't change the fact as to why they are using it.

So yeah, they usually make maps that are connected to the heroes story-wise. Winston has Gibraltar, Hammond has Lunar Colony etc. Hannah: Who is he? Me being salty: He's an annoying prick, is who he is. Is it just me or is Junker Queen's accent just adorable? 😊

The cinematic teams of Overwatch, World of Warcraft and Diablo always brings their A-game. Really enjoyed the Junker Queen cinematic too. Also, it was a joy to see you discover that Sojourn is from Canada. :) Also also, it is quite amusing, and completely in character, for Junkrat to both be the first to hail the Junker Queen, and later on piss her off enough to get thrown out of the city along with Roadhog (see; Overwatch: the Plan). For the amp up song from the Lion King soundtrack I would guess either "This Land" of "King of Pride Rock". Mind you, the later incorporates parts of, or rearrangements of, 'this land ' and 'circle of life' in it, starting fairly slow and almost somber, two rising parts at around the 2 and 4 minute marks and then hits you with the solo male voice backed by the choir near the end, and that final bass drum Boom! It is glorious. :) Nice to see someone else who appreciates soundtracks/scores. I had the Lion King soundtrack, the Mulan soundtrack, a bunch of Hans Zimmer, James Horner and John Williams scores (Willow and the Rock are still among my favorites), and some Vangelis thrown in as well. Are you familiar with Two Steps from Hell in general or "Flight of the Silverbird" or "Cannon in D minor" in particular? (Yes, the spelling is Cannon, not Canon, for this particular tune.)

I can't wait for OW2, been playing the first one since 2016 when it came out

Oh, maybe u can help me then :) I started playing the first one in its closed beta and played until ~2019. Now i wanna restart with Overwatch 2. How does it work.. do i still have my cosmetics from the first game? And is it possible to get the cosmetics i missed in the last years i havent played the game? I probably missed so many things ^^'

@@Kratogo All your stuff is going to transfer to ow2. I can't say about old cosmetics, you just missed the anniversary event, where you could get everything. I'm sure they're gonna do that again. Btw, loot boxes are out in ow2, there's gonna be a battlepass.

@@Kratogo No, no, it should be fine. New content every nine weeks, and you still get stuff by playing. Customisable legendary skins, new trinkets, maps, heroes on a regular basis... can't wait for pve next year

Sojourn is human- not a robot. She just has cybernetic enhancements. So basically she’s a cyborg.

So Overwatch lore shows a number of various factions. There's the heroes specific of overwatch like Reinhardt, tracer, winston, soldier 76/morrison, etc. Members of Talon the evil group like Reaper, Doomfist, Widowmaker. The omnics forces which are essentially against everyone who obviously Bastion was originally part of before gaining sentience. Sombra, who is on her own. Zarya who may be loosely affiliated with Overwatch, but primarily serving the current Russian nation (unsure as to what form it exists in this universe). And then there's the junkers, Odessa(Junker Queen, Junkrat, Roadhog, Wrecking Ball(Hammond, yes the hamster), who love humans and cyber punking it up, but HATE the robots of Any form good, or bad. Piloted mech's like Wrecking Ball I think are allowed because they're not quiet sentient on their own? Havent dived into that lore very heavily, or theres not been much in the way of answers there period.

to answer your question, Junker Queen isnt necessarily EVIL, shes more......antihero...id say in D&D terms shed be Chaotic Lawful or more likely Chaotic Neutral

As much as Blizzard's 'diversity AI' controversy regarding their characters irritated me, seeing the awesomeness of the Junker Queen cinematic and Hannah's sparkling grin at finding out Sojourn was from Canada, reminded me that there are still talented artists involved in Blizzard's character creation process, who understand that a diverse cast means little if the characters are not well-written.

Great reaction as usual!! The Overwatch music is on a whole other level for sure!!! So the Sojourn is the first Canadian Hero and I think she was the perfect choice!! She should actually be getting a Cinematic short here pretty soon since Overwatch 2 is officially out now! Also incase you were unaware they just released a new Cinematic for a new hero they released called Kiriko. You should definitely check it out!!

As someone who has followed the game since before its release in 2016 it makes me ecstatic to relive the joy of how amaising the storytelling is through your videos and realise that despite some issues with rhe game itsself that is still present. You videos make me so hopefull for the future of overwatch and so excited for them to add more storytelling to the game

Yeah, Sojourn is Canadian and OW2 has a new Toronto map that wasn't in OW1. Sojourn is human but she has extensive modifications to her body, if I recall correctly she actually chose to have quite a bit of her body replaced with cybernetic replacements to improve her abilities.

Worse drinking in tv/movie trope is the end of the shift in cop shows. The case is closed so out of the bottom draw comes the scotch, and the Chief and the renegade cop down a halfpint glass of neat warm scotch before they drive home. I'm a hard drinker, but that's a lot in a short space of time, and I certainly wouldn't be sober after.

I was hoping you'd see Sojourn too! While I absolutely lost it with Junker Queen, I mean how often do you see a Black Canadian female in media? And seriously, I know what you mean about scores. I don't know a lot about music, but a good score and theme can really sell something and bring out that nostalgia and storytelling in a beautiful way. The Avengers movies' scores, Harry Potter, Pink Panther's, and Overwatch's... they are a few that will always make me happy when I hear them.

I used to listen to heavy metal music before playing football and handing out some concussions to the other team. I never really listened to music for basketball or cricket though.

Am I the only one that got serious Borderlands vibes from that Junkertown trailer?

I just love how they add pay to win hero's to this game. Hero's that dont have a counter from overwatch 1 players. This game really feels like its going to be much better in balance than its predecesor. Seeing a new blizzard game with these kind of features feels me with joy. Diablo immortal was an absolute gem and the current state of wow is absolutly amazing. Nothing can go wrong here!

I listen to epic music just to get myself pumped up or lift my spirits. Game soundtracks especially. Some of the best scores and themes come from video games. Just a few of my favorites are. Journey from Destiny 2, Halo Theme The Mjolnir Mix. Dragon Age Inquisition theme just to name three. Also I'm gonna guess "I Just Can't Wait to be King" that was always one of my favorites.

As a scorehead, I totally know what you mean. I mostly listen to scores when Im working out. I like the fan made stuff though. With like voice overs and motivation. Is the song Circle of Lif? Because its had to imagine you getting hyped off Can you Feel the Love or Cant Wait to Be King. 🤣🤣

Junker Queen is such a bad ass! Hey can I make a suggestion? You should react to the Smite cinematic To Hell and Back, but the video posted by either the Xbox KZread channel or Gamespot channel, since they still have the song over it that the main smite channel had to remove due to copyright. Smite is a really fun game where you play as gods from real mythology!

It is a shame to see so much potential in the story and characters of Overwatch and know that Blizzard is just going to squander it on loot boxes and other scummy wallet draining tactics.

PLease tell me it was "Be Prepared." I know hes a bad guy but I get so hyped to that song

People that go into new things with the expectation that it'll be awful will find a way to make it so. Cyberpunk 2077 is a good example. Sure, on console it was almost as buggy as Skyrim when it launched, but it is still one of the best games of recent years.
