@@boiok7898 Roadhog can survive it if you hit heal as soon as it is about to explode, Winston has a shield to block it, so does sigma and rein and zarya and orisa, even Doomfist has escape abilities that can get you out of a D.va bomb, but Junker Queen doesn't look like she has any of that, it already makes her a worse tank in that regard if she doesn't have some protection against a D.va bomb

@@tasor1186 There's only going to be 1 more character for the release of Overwatch 2, which makes 3 new characters on launch. They then said they'd release 1 every 18 weeks after that, which is slower than OW1 but still better than nothing

Idk I thought the Junker Queen cinematic was great, it showed that she's a Tyrannical but fair leader, she's strong but not cruel. It builds her character rather than having some sort of big emotional pull. I think that's great.

I absolutely loved the cinematic. Best part is her talking to the audience, which people seem to hate. She’s so smug, and that’s what’s cool to me. Also really liked the very subtle glances the king shared w Geiger and Meri before the fight, kinda showing their unspoken alliance.

Ik what X means, not every cinematic can be an emotional masterpiece. When he said that it instantly reminded me of Reinhardt’s cinematic 🥲 I fucken love rein

Its just down to opinion, this is obviously not objective at all, but it just felt really weird and out of place the dialogue for me. Obviously yes it serves a purpose, but it just felt like it was put in really randomly.

I feel like everyone is underestimating the wound/bleed Junker Queen will put on enemies. That leeching health can be strong on top of getting healed by the supports to stay up longer. Also, her ult hits multiple people, that's a shit ton of heals coming in when you're in a pinch AND it puts anti-heals on the people the ult comes into contact with. Her kit looks very fun. We also aren't sure about her cooldowns and if they are lower to provide more utility to the team since she is a melee character for the most part. She probably has more movement speed compared to other tanks to get her into melee range faster.

@@tendaisimbanegavi519 def more like reaper. considering she has so many ways of dealing damage it wouldnt make sense for her gun to be as OP like hog, thats why he only has his gun and nothing else. im guessing people will hate on her at first because it will take a while for people to learn techs and how to effectively play as her without getting killed (becaue her health is so low)

I really like the Animations, Effects and story, but her talking ALL the GODDAMN Time about some fckin nonsense feels so goddamn forced. Like literally, 2 minutes in i stopped listening to the dialogue entirely but she still kept talking and talking and talking to herself. And the dialogue ACTUALLY felt super cringe at times. Still a good cinematic though.

I dont think X looked enough into the character and her abilities. Sure she has 450 base hp, but she also has her wound affect she puts on other people that she can use up to gain the health she's bled away from enemies, AND her inspire like ability that gives her and her allies armor. She's not going to be innately tanky like rein who has a ton of health and armor, but if you play her optimally and are life stealing and gaining armor I think she could be pretty annoying.

the keys just going to be catching her without one of her crucial abilities her lifesteal wont do to much against burst if warcry is on cooldown. from what i saw she doesnt have any vertical mobility so ashe hanzo and widow will do well. but she does do alot i was thinking that her warcry should only speed her up, i do wonder tho, we have lucio who can speed boost, junk queen, and fox girl can, do they all stack? or will it be like stun rules and only the strongest of the boost will be applied?

xqc is talking about the base armor most tanks have. Tanks have armor because without it they would get one-shot after 1 stun, no amount of healing prevents one shots, armor reduces the damage you take to prevent that. But there aren't as many stuns in the game anymore so she is not as weak as he thinks.

I enjoyed the cinematic. Could be something straight out of Sunset Overdrive.

So many people don't know that Junker Queen was waaaay earlyer than Mad Maggie in Apex.... she was shown in junkertown posters and graffity arts and mentioned and shown in Hammonds origin story too. Atleast there are people who knows about her for years. I 100% will main her. And not so later there will be a new support hero too. There is not enough hero in the game and mostly Tank and Support needed now.

Now there's only one tank per team, there's enough options (about 1/2 the DPS lineup). They basically just need to focus making more supports.

The reveal event never even brought up how junker queen heals herself causing bleed, so she may look weak to xQc, but she will be quite strong

Yeah, I think this cinematic was def one of the weaker ones, but X is right here. It wouldn't fit the character if Junker Queen was like having a cryfest over her lore, she's supposed to be like badass, and the cinematic was just there to show the beginnings of her reign and what a fight in Junkertown would look like, since at this point, we've heard multiple times that people do these brawls in Junkertown supposedly.

I actually really enjoyed that cinematic - looking forward to OW 2 - other 2 cinematic I enjoy are wow cinematic and Fortnite events

To be clear, seeing as he just closed the video and did his usual "i enjoyed that great yeah, skip!" thing. She has a shout ability. Teammates within range are given a speed boost and a damage boost, which enables them to maneuver more easily and take out enemies quickly. Shout is best used within a large group of allies to maximize the buff. This will make up for her low health. At least we hope lol.

Well, a global search literally just means Australia. The VA sounds good. I always get worried about Aussie characters in games, they often sound terrible. I grew up in AUS but honestly a lot of VA's make me cringe. This wasn't so bad, her voice is decent.
