#nodevember
Фильм және анимация
I participated in #nodevember (www.nodevember.io) and I completed all 30 prompts (even though it took me longer than a month).
You can scroll through all my entries here:

Most of these are aimed to push Blender's shader editor to it's limits and all start from a simple sphere primitive using 100%procedural techniques with prominently vector displacement.

Wow, that was quite the month and a half. This video is just supposed to be a showcase. I'm working on turning these setups into something useful (Breakdowns/Downloads/Tutorials) Here are all entries in a twitter moment: twitter.com/i/events/1190959967668494337?s=13 It would be great if you could take the time to vote for your favourite entries of mine, so I can see where my priorities should be: strawpoll.com/7awfrys2 Thanks for the support :)

I would 100% pay for a course going through the theory and techniques of how you made them. They are incredible!

The animations are unbelievable The nodes alone are insane, but that you added animation....
I find this stuff very inspiring!! Crazy what you can do with Procedural nodes. Great work!!!
I wish you could do a short tutorial on these nodes, they looks awesome!

Wouldn't be surprised to learn that Simon has a Encom server running in his basement where he's pretty much Flynn creating worlds.
wow this is impressive
I was following your progress through nodevember already and got to say all your results are just inspiring and awesome!
This is just amazing!
These are amazing!
disgustingly impressive, I subbed if you ever do tuts I would love to see them. Im very new but trying to learn blender and having a blast but this shit was next level well done.
Our Blender Master were are you we need you! Last video 2 years ago ;(
Oh god... I'm speechless... how magical..!!!
plasma, planet, weave, nebula, those are my favorite (in order) plasma looks amazing, like mind blowing level of good looking to me
I can not decide what is my favorite, i love each of these nodes, great work. Maybe lighting or Moss or Metal or Ornamental or Zipper or Planet or Alien or Labyrinth
damn, that's crazy talent, wish i had better understanding of nodes so i could do some shit like this, good shit bro, you're on a whole different level
I just...I don't comprehend how this works!
This is sheer art!
Damn I love this, nice one.
I am completely speechless
DAMNNNNNNNNNNN you are legend man.
That was amazing Simon! like magic! or mathamagic!
This is CRAZY!!!
Great Work
amazing!
You are a master
Trying to get my head around Texture coordinates and mapping, for 3 days,... My head is buzzing with math. This video is like watching the world's creation... Crazy.
This is closest thing I have seen to sorcery.
ARE YOU A GOD?!
The zipper threw me off. Amazing!
Hope you create some shader training sometime. Would gladly pay $60 for a good shader course.
A good half of these shaders are ones that I have poorly tried to recreate with modelling, image textures, and my own backwards engineering of other procedural shaders. _AND I NEED THOSE SHADERS_ I don't know what math wizardy you used to create such realistic, and lifelike shaders, but my god they are perfect, and so practical. I hate all the blender tutorials on very project specific stuff that have little to no use outside the tutorial its presented in. While all of these are extremely practical, and could easily find themselves in various projects.
next level shit crazy! keep up
I would love to see a breakdown or a full tutorial or a full course on all of them, really its amazing.
this is insane
I'm speechless
Wow... My mind is kinda Fckin blown
Kereennn 😍😍
Jsyk: Simon is fine. He is quite active on Twitter.
That's great
OMG just how did u do this? thats amazing!!!
My favourite was nebula and the zipper. But all were amazing. I wished you’d have a tutorial for these things to learn from you.
Just wow!!)

The Virtual God.
I'd love to see a breakdown of these
This is completely incredible.... do you take node requests per chance? If so is a waterfall possible. Without using a smoke simulation?
can you do tutorials or even let these be downloadable so that we can learn for your mater skills???
Are You a wizard of blender or something? Its magic for me. I still not understand those nodes.
hi thommes is there a way to get random texture from 4 img texture but i need to attach a b/w map of another texture to this texture so it know in this part i shold appear and it shold not Could u pls help me i saw ur tut on blender cloud it awesome
Спасибо за кирпичи
I know very little about Blender, but I do have a general idea of what nodes are. Is that microbe as insane as I think it is?
Can you create a video on vector displacement to create some simple shapes procedurally? I need to learn maths and concept behind it.
could you make tutorial man plsss i really want to join nodevember next year , but i really dont have idea to make that such node setting
Hey Simon wie funktioneren die Displacements für deine shader? dieht nicht nach Subdivisions aus.
Simon please make tutorials of these
Hey Simon, you think the Half Life Alyx waterbottle shader is doable in EEVEE? (or Cylces)? Wär ne herrausforderung ;)
I NEED 30 TUTORIALS NOW :(
Can’t believe they are made by nodes. By the way, are you interested in making procedural butterfly wing modelling and texturing?
Would totally pay money for an online course that teaches this
Oh shit Ur skills are absolutely incredible and godlike Open ur secret for us - how have u achieved that success? U may do that in just a few words for example if u give us some advices) Thank u
tutorial please
you did some course ?
