Nobody likes the truth admittedly. They want to hear that the customers just aren’t coming in, and that there’s actually nothing wrong about their restaurant. But when someone like Gordon comes in and tells them they are doing everything wrong, they get upset. And it’s understandable why they get upset because they presumably worked hard to get to even where they are, but they need to learn how to take the truth when they ask for help from someone who is famously prickly about food.

I work at chipitle and I can promise you it is more than possible. We disinfect and clean every surface at closing time every day. literally takes 5 people more than an hour to do so
