Hi, thanks for the video. Can one use any kind of butter, or is there a special type of butter that will make the flavour more pronounced?

@PreciousKitchen thank. I've just made this again. I'm now an expert. Thank you for sharing this. Even though I'm not Nigerian, I love this.
If you don’t want the chicken, can you use the store brought chicken broth and add seasoning?
@PreciousKitchen
5 жыл бұрын
Yes, you could do that! Storebought broth could be very salty so be careful to avoid adding too much salt and taste as you go.
What should I ask for when I go to the butcher for chicken like that?
Lovely as usual. Leave the pot I will come over to gently scrap the bottom of it. You know all the flavour is at the bottom right? mmmmm
@PreciousKitchen

That's right! The bottom part is always so delicious!
Lovely. Where do you buy your pots they look so good. You look beautiful pregnant 😘😘😘😘

I went out a bought a Ninja just from watching your videos! 😂 I got the same one as you - with the big blender and the personal sized ones too! The first time I made the Nigerian style jollof rice (last week!) my 10yr old saw all the veggies going in and she said "yuck! I will never eat that!" After it was blended and cooking... She couldn't wait for it to finish cooking because she wanted to eat it! I finally found a way to get her to eat veggies! 😂😂😂
