I do not care which country Joloff came from. I love your easy-to-do method. I also thought I always had to use only palm oil. I could not find that. I will be making your version next weekend. Thanks a million. From the Caribbean.
I must say I enjoy the Nigerian method of jollof quite a bit. Thanks for sharing I am a big fan of yours. Happy new year’s and long healthy life🖤🌹

Awww thank you. I've been here hun. For some reason the algorithm isn't showing my videos that much.
Ma’am, but your carrots and beans are raw, you didn’t even cook them?????
I’m sorry when it comes to food , I’m not holding back on criticism, that beef that you just cooked Has to be so tough and chewy. I guarantee it, you hardly cooked it for 10 minutes in boiling water and then you Fried about five minutes. what’s worse is you said to the audience just use any old beef you want, so it looks like you bought the cheap stuff. Only thing out of the seven rice dishes that looked right was your rues. You need education on cook times, proteins, and vegetables. I don’t care what culture it is. Who wants to chew on rubbery beef? Lady, you need to learn how to cook!
