    Fascinating the only difference is that in Ghana we would add green leaves to the Okra with no Egusi and Palm oil would be added as well

    I like washing and draining my garri to take out some of the excess starch. Will try out your recipe without oil. looks nice.

    Hmm I can't imagine any soup without palm oil. Isn't that what gives it the signature taste?? Would love to try it though.

    Egusi mixed with okra is another soup not okra soup. When you cooked okra soup you do not mixed it with egusi, but when you cook egusi soup you can added only a small quantity of okra and egusi has to be more than the okra. You're getting me messed up and confused . Anyway thank you for your presentation.

    Hi Precious, please my son wrote to you and I just found out. But as you can see, I really do like your show and I watch it with my 9yr old son. He wrote to you without my knowledge. Actually he asked me why I did not comment like the others have done; and I am sure when my answer was not forth coming he took the battle in his own hands. Sorry about that.
