This is so true. December is key.
No doubt the shots of the city are beautiful Lee man. My wife wants to go to Scotland bad and Glasgow in particular!! But equally as stunning was how short your beard was in the before pic of the thumbnail😱. And we all know what happens when you only use half measures….full measures are then required! Cheers bro👊

I train 5-6 days a week, and rest is always a drag, primarily because my routine keeps me sane. I'll train as usual through Christmas & New Years, but am not going to be a sperg about eating healthily. So, just turn my training a bit more towards cardio, and enjoy myself eating good food in good company.

Thank you for this! Inspiring me I’m restarting my weight loss and fitness journey in Jan 1 at 277lbs battled weight my Whole adult life and niw it’s time to make a change to get healthy and happier again. How can I start? I walk 6x a week 4-5 miles but need to get back to the gym.

Best start is to start before Jan 1. Nothing screws me up more than “planning.” I plan everything but never actually do anything. When I turned things around a few years ago I stopped planning and started doing. Something. Anything. Start with nutrition. Keep walking, zone 2 endurance is still awesome for weight loss. Then bring in the burpees.
