Looks great, can't wait to see the rest of the install. Just saw your truck on the Flatout Suspension website! After you've had this suspension for awhile please comment on how you like it including pluses and minuses compared to just buying new Honda suspension parts. What are your expectations ahead of time for how this setup will improve your off roading experience?

I love you Ridgeline mods. Just found your channel as I have an 2008 and want to update the suspension. I have a QuickJack Lift which will make it easier to do the work. I’ve got to watch your vids about your setup.

I highly recommend loosening any control arm bushing bolts when you install a lift like that, to prevent the bushings from binding and wearing out faster. loosen, then when at ride height, re tighten. also, go ahead and ditch atleast the rear sway bar. id probably get rid of both with good coil overs like that.

Everything was fine once I changed the fluid. No problems since …🤷‍♂️

So do the new struts give a natural life since they are adjustable? Or do I still need the HRG kit as well?

Check out the website, they offer up to 3 inches of lift and it's adjustable.

If you watch the subsequent videos I go over that. They can lift your truck if you set it up that way. Love the suspension, extremely satisfied with it. No modifications needed

How to spot a ridgeline owner.. he's the guy using the smallest wrench he can find to loosen rusty suspension components while turning it the wrong way. You pretty much just showed the world you never turned a wrench before lol

@@RenegadeHQ that's literally something that comes instinctively if you've done it enough. I wouldn't be surprised if you just add quick snippets of (trying) to loosen bolts and edit out all the parts where someone who knows how to turn a wrench does all the work for you.
