( NEW ) 20-Min Pineal Gland Guided Meditation- Third Eye Activation | Joe Dispenza

🌟Joe Dispenza 20 Minutes Pineal Gland Short Meditation 2024 🧘‍♂️
Our bodies are a harmonious blend of seven chakras, with the sixth one, the third eye, holding profound significance. 🌈
It serves as a potent source of intuitive wisdom, guiding us towards creativity, dispelling negativity, offering insightful knowledge, and leading us to the highest form of intelligence. 🌌 Open your eyes to what truly demands attention.
✨ Third Eye Meditation ✨
To embark on this transformative journey, find a calm environment and immerse yourself in soothing sounds and vibes. 🎶
1. Sit comfortably on a chair or the floor.
2. Maintain an erect spine, relaxed shoulders, and place your hands on your knees.
3. Keep your jaw, stomach, and face completely relaxed, inviting positive energy. 😌
Begin the meditation:🧘‍♀️
1. Lightly bring together your index finger and thumb.
2. Gently close your eyes.
3. Breathe slowly, inhaling and exhaling through the nose.
4. With closed eyes, direct your gaze towards the third eye, nestled between your eyebrows.
5. Use your fingers to pinpoint the exact location if needed.
Allow the transformative power of this meditation to unfold, opening your eyes to a world of intuitive wisdom and creative potential. 🌌✨

I take the instructions to hold the intrinsic muscles and pushing that energy up into the different areas in a rhythm that keeps the breath steady of slowly inhaling, holding, and slowly exhaling. Each new cue he gives is an opportunity to expand our awareness and deepen the practice, but the rhythm of the breath and the experience of space inside and out should be present is how I take it. Don’t wait for cues to take actions, give your body the rhythm and presence the meditation starts with and then allow yourself to notice more each time you do it. I have to really focus to keep my breath steady and not exhale too quickly after I hold sometimes. Sometimes my breathing stays in rhythm but this particular meditation is new for me, too, I just have done enough of the others I get what the instructions are and the feedback of my body doing what this is after. This particular meditation is a welcome challenge to me lol. I was definitely having to work to focus.

I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He is 59 & has so many mental health issues plus probable CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. It's too late now I had to get a TPO as he's 6'6 300+ pound homicidal maniac. He's constantly talking about killing someone. He's violent. Anyone reading this Familiar w/ BPD know if it is common for an obsession with violence.

My first few pineal gland meditations were all very different. The first one I was almost unable to get the energy beyond my throat and move into my head. After a few more meditations I was able to move the energy and I felt a tremendous weight lift off my being, tears filled with childhood pain and the sensation of being good enough was also present. After four months of practicing pineal meditation I have been able to feel more confident and aligned manifestations are and continue as I build on the experience daily. I highly recommend this meditation.

It's wonderful to hear that you experienced brightness, warmth, and a sense of calm and quiet during your meditation. Those are positive and soothing sensations that many individuals aim to achieve through mindfulness practices. If you continue with your meditation routine, you may find that these feelings become more consistent and contribute to an overall sense of well-being. Keep embracing the positive experiences, and feel free to share more about your journey if you'd like.

Please can you guide. I'm trying to get into meditation and I know you're not suppose to think anything and be completely in the present which isn't a problem and i am practicing it but i don't understand how would i actually know if ive gone to the next stage or how to manifest while in meditation or to put it in better words how to think and stay in abundance if the whole point of meditation is not thinking and being in the present. Please help me i really want to do this and I know i will with just a little bit better understanding of the topic.

@vellesaare6361 Hello, glad to hear you're starting your journey. First and foremost, it's important to remember that consistent practice at least once a day is absolutely crucial. You'll get better with time. Second of all, how I imagine it is I imagine a white light almost like ball of energy, and wherever I want it to go I focus my attention on. For example, when I breathe in deeply and sometimes rapid 2 breaths in a row, like a double breath, I focus on bringing the energy from the bottom of my stomach area to the top of my head. Now if I specifically concentrate it on my third eye/middle of the forehead, I start to literally feel the energy build there and I get a powerful physical feeling of a buzzing energy. That's when I know I'm doing it correctly. Then I proceed to envision the things that I want and am manifesting, and I try to contain that energy and keep it there, as well as imagine all around me is a sphere of that energy in bright white light, and that the sphere remains there even after meditation. I'm very new to this journey as well, although I don't think it's my first life meditating. Will report back as I continue forward with any new discoveries. Keep at it and you will find success.

@@vellesaare6361 Whoever told you that you were suppose to try to have no thoughts during meditation has steered you wrong. The brain's job is to think. It is natural for the mind to stray from the focus on breath or a mantra etc. Once aware of loss of focus, you gently bring it back to the breath or mantra etc. 'rinse and repeat'. is natural to have thoughts. Reading answer from Warrior, I respectfully suggest that you find a picture of the 7 chakras, to be able to see where you may want to direct your breath. Actually, I give 5-star recommendation of the green series titled 10 day Breath and Meditation Journey with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. I attended Ayurveda courses with Dr Lad, learning many of these techniques and happened upon this series, which is excellent and may give you the direct, illustrated 'how to' guidance you are seeking. Is good to meditate in morning and again in evening, so perhaps you can do the 10 day in a.m. and the return to Joe Dispenza's for the evening. Wishing you every success, appreciating the earnestness of your wanting to learn. Namaste.

I just usually breathe in and let most of my breath go through me and stay there when I feel tense. It is important to change your thinking and your focus to better things when your world is not the best. It is ok to cry when sad. It is ok to let out anger when mad. However those are emotions. It is good to release them, not let them control you. Breathing in air and letting it remain in you will cause you to relax way more than just simply breathing in and breathing back out again. Your body needs breath too just like everyone else. This is as important as drinking electrolytes with water.

Breath work is kind of difficult to explain but it's not based on the whole it's really individualistic in a way. Noticing what you are letting in and what needs to be disposed of. This is my interpretation of the whole meaning of breath work and the concentration of it until it's become so familiar to us as to bring us back into our true origins and higher consciousness and our true authentic selves. Right? I think I got it nailed but there's no such thing as a stupid question. I'd rather look dumb for a second by asking than be dumb for eternity 😮

@@rebeccaprochnow4036 yes very normal, it’s a lot of energy and can be scary, try to relax into it next time and just surrender.

@Chris-T4 Thank you for answering me. I have not gotten back to as far as I was that day. I am doing a 7-day vegan challenge to cleanse toxins and decrystalize the pineal gland. Any thoughts on this. Will this help, and do you have any suggestions on more videos that are good?
