Joy, Ho'oponopono: I am sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you. In over 5 decades I have found that what we focus on and our belief systems are what we attract. I believe that in your belief system of: it is pointless to dream, that you have created that reality for yourself. I also believe it is true for you, to which I am sorry. When I feel uplifted, that is when I ask the Universe for things for my highest good and that is when I give my focus to creating good in my life. For all who read this, it is possible to change your beliefs and your life if you choose to, once you understand that you get what you focus on by the way of how you feel. Be well, be happy, and keep reaching for a better feeling thought. Much love to all ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️🤗 Ps: this is one of my favorite meditations. Awee. I really cried because of this. Thank you for this meditation guide. Recently, I've been pressured by a lot of things. I was pressuring myself because I felt that in order to fel successful, I need to have a nice career, a big house, lots of money and a car. Doing this exercise, I was able to remember my prayers as a child. My dream was very simple. I remembered going to Kawasan Falls (waterfalls) here in Cebu, and remembering the prayer I made there saying "how I wish my family will always be complete and that I will always travel with them like this". And God really answered my prayers. I have a really big family right now, both my mother side and father side are close knit. We get to travel a lot together. We are 39 in my father side (1st degree cousins), and we're growing. I love them so much!

OHH JESS ... Love .... tears streamed down my cheeks in the midst of this. I cannot be anymore grateful for you, spirit, my vortex, what IS DESERVED that I'm worthy of .... and for EVERY beautiful divine soul reading this and sharing now! :") ALL MY LOVE, LAUGHTER & LIGHT TO YOU & ALL!!!!!!!!!!!

I used this one for like two months and i manifested that i’m beautiful and hot and skinny and guess what i’m actually looking hella pretty and i’m a lot skinner that i used to be and taller and people started to tell me that i look like a movie star i love this try it guys manifest your dreams!!!!

Are you from Europe? Just wondering because we don't use the word "lush" much in America.

I am grateful to come across your video hypnosis. I've been feeling down the whole week knowing our lease are ending and we're having trouble to look for a new place while my partner is pregnant and my son is graduating middle school. It's been so hard for my family and using this guided meditation it took a lot of blockages in me. I am a creator of my life and whatever troubles and life challenging arise. I can surpass it! I spoke to my mom and grandmother/grandfather who passed away in the vortex reassuring me everything will be alright. I found myself crying so deeply and asking forgiveness...was a painful release...anyone know why that happens? Feel much better and love this meditation xxx

I have meditated with this meditation three times and I also have found myself crying deeply releasing tears every time. When I felt so grateful for every moment that I was alive and realised that I was surrounded by so many angels, bright lights and some Devine power above, my tears constantly were coming out. I felt so protected, loved and happy. I thought that was very deep and powerful meditation at first but it happened every time I meditate I was surrounded by so bright lights and it was so much love that I have never experienced. Thank you Jess for guiding me, teaching me and inspiring me!

Just allow yourself to release without judgment darling. There is nothing to forgive, you are wonderfully human. Big hug coming your way and so much love from my heart to yours.

@@ashleydonaldson444 you're just releasing old pain and your old self. Manifesting a new you on a higher frequency. Forgive anyone who has hurt you and yourself too. And be grateful for everything you already have. Life isn't happening to you... It's happening for you.🙏😊🕉️

Oh thank goodness, I'm not alone in this. Joyful tears streamed down my face during the gratitude, but then overwhelming painful tears going down inside the vortex and being asked to look around at people and feeling so utterly alone. I had to stop just before 19min mark. I couldn't understand why it was so painful, like I was doing it wrong. Please tell me how to proceed through this... or should I??
