Omg this meditation is a blessing! I met a beautiful woman with long black hair, blue eyes and a long white dress. She told me she was my higher self and that her name was my name. She took away my sadness and anxiety and traumas and helped me find the light. She was a no nonsense woman, which i really liked haha. Thank you again for this beautiful experience! I also got the feeling that I met my spirit guide. I felt another presence and it was a very positive one. I heard it breathing. It was a hedgehog, sitting next to me, loving me and accompanying me, while making me feel warm and safe. It was sleeping but comforted me.

It was one of the most profound experiences for me. I was in for 40 minutes and it only felt like a few minutes. When I opened my eyes, I checked my phone and realized that I had been meditating for straight 40 minutes. It's crazy and I love it.❤️

What do you mean by a new earth

I've been dealing with illness for a while, having trouble finding answers to a cure. I worried that I needed to be hospitalized. As I got into my highest self, my intuition greeted me with such reassurance. I'm going to be fine. There was a calming, deep blue aura I saw too which signifies peace. 💙

If anyone doesn’t get intuition, don’t worry, just close eyes and listen and follow to the end of the video. Its about first Listening and following the voice to lead you to receive the positive Energy, essential to our Health and wellbeing. It’s a very gentle and peaceful, getting us connected to positive Energy to fill us up, like you would fill your car tank with petrol, to run your car.🌿🌿🌿

That bell woke me up and shook my whole body! Did anyone else experienced this?

I cried when I realized the stairway to the meadow wasn’t that long. The woman told me that she was always with me, and showed me some of my happiest moments and some of my most traumatic. She reminded me that I am always protected and that we are one, do not to think of her as a separate being.

That was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much. As a child my intuition was silenced by the authoritarianism of boarding schools from the age of 6 years. Twenty five years ago I was in a play and the director said to me “you’re not following your intuition, why didn’t you move at that moment when I saw you wanted your?” I had no answers but I understood deeply my repression. In your beautiful meditation my intuition was a beautiful green eyed goddess. I’m a gay man and again through the repressed and scary life journey to self acceptance I denied my “female intuition” because I was afraid of it. Now in my 60’s I understand that acceptance of intuition and acceptance of all I am is like a super power and if there’s anything I’d like to share with the world it’s that we can all own it and be all that we can be in light and love. Thank you again for these beautiful insights. I am trying to subscribe but for some reason it’s not working at this time. Of course I will try again. I wish everyone reading this the very best of themselves in love and joy and acceptance. You are the gift.

First day I cried a lot and was crying the whole day, second day I felt connected to myself and today the third day when I looked into that women’s eyes before leaving her I saw the universe what else do I need. Unbelievably wow! I have listened to a number of guided meditation but this is the first time ever that my body has reacted! There were 4 times throughout where I felt a sensation, like a bubble of energy burst through my system…and I cried, not a sad cry but one of relief and acceptance, and embracing what is about to come into my life. I am on a journey, healing, and learning more about me, reconnecting to my authentic self. Thank you so much for your guidance…absolutely mesmerising and beautiful ❤❤❤

I've never felt a deep connection like this before!. I opened up my heart and gave my hand to her and I literally had tears flowing down. My whole entire body electrifying and the feeling was unbelievable! ❤

When met divine light in cottage with blessed light lots of healing took place for all those who are ill and blessed light was all around me

I need to find a quiet room to meditate, i tried meditating before bed and all I heard was my husband snoring.🤦‍♀️ I can’t wait to listen to the entire recording today while my baby takes a nap.

This was amazing!!! I cried so much throughout the whole meditation. Instead of seeing one woman I saw many of them all dressed in white. I recognised the others as being my female ancestors. They all were there and relieved that I finally made my way to them and I could see them. Not sure what to make of it but this was my experience. I cried non stop. Thank you

Hey, I am on spiritual awakening once I started listening I felt emotions like fear, anxious and uncomfortable but when you said you have the key in your left hand and open the door and finally I step into the other world trust me all my fear, uncomfortable emotions gone somewhere from my heart, body and mind & finally you said look at the most beautiful lady from Divine light I saw a girl with a long hair keeping smile and unconditional love for me in her eyes, I never felt this much love from anyone, she was loving me for who I am, helping me to grow I asked her questions like kids ,was asking her name she told me her name and this is the first time ,I said I love her just be with me for whole life24/7 I have been done astral projection, lucid dreaming for spiritual guides never felt this much love. She was an angel and when you gave 10mintues to us I asked all my questions to her , I was wondering at that movement and she replied so truthful with keeping a big Genuine smile on her face , treating me like her own small version of child. I asked her to be with me for whole life24/7 she said yes, when I looked into her eyes I felt that's me only and she can only love me this much coz I know myself there is no need to worry about anything, she is always gonna be here she is you , my Spiritual version my own higher self, I felt in love with her, with her honesty , with her wisdom , with her caring and most important with her smile and unconditional love for me. And when you said return to your body I asked her give me the sign you are with me. I opened eyes and I saw angel number (444). Thankyou so much !! You are such an angel with angel voice ❤️🕉️💞.

As I was walking down the path towards the home I was crying and knew someone I dearly love is waiting for me and the moment I see the woman I realize it’s my mother dearest whom I lose 10 years ago . I couldn’t be more happier to see her holding her hands . And when it was time to come back I was really sad but I didn’t feel like I’m losing her again . I felt I got her back and now I can visit her again and again. And as I was wearing back my shoes and walk back I was so happy as if something amazing is waiting for me at the other end of the meadow . A sense of relief from all the worries and questions. I didn’t get any clarity of my questions but I still knew while I was walking back that it’s all going to be happy now onwards . This was beautiful 😭💚

I felt myself crying when I had to let go of her hands , I felt her squeeze as I gently cried 🥲 a release of listening to what I have to let go

Today I spoke out loud and said " my dominant intention is to connect with Source". I was about to do another meditation and something said scroll down and came across this one... exactly what my intention was. Divine timing and Source guidance and wisdom. I AM so grateful and overwhelmed with love from Source. May we all find Source within and experience the life meant for us on this Earth plane. I send love to humanity as a whole... May we find peace and love within so can extend to all there is. Namaste 🙏🏾 ❤️

This has been one of the most powerful meditations I've ever experienced, 40 mins felt like 10. I received many answers, all of which I knew already but truly trust now. Before I even entered the other world this sudden realization came to me "your intuition is your connection to God". I felt myself drifting into a dream-like world outside of the one in my meditation but didn't clearly remember anything from it. When I got to the woman in white, I kept seeing butterflies and owls, which I don't understand at the moment. She led me to a table and we sat and she told me, "You must light a candle. Be happy. You are worthy." and "It's ok that you don't trust yourself right now. I do. Eventually you will."

That was The most beautiful guided meditation I've ever listened to Jess' gentle naratation with her soothing voice was paced so perfectly, allowing (as I find many others don't) you the space to look, feel and hear inside the meditation state without untimely interruption. I saw 2 eyes, and I was trying to seek for more, I got lips here and there smiling. I felt so upset at myself for not seeing more. I was crying my soul out during the last half of it. But I was smiling when I opened the door to the meadow. What an experience. I hope I get to see more some day.

I've done tis meditation few times now and when I walk into the meadow I'm already barefoot, she's waiting for me at the cottage door and we laugh and we hug for sometime. It's really beautiful to be in her presence. Thank you so much for sharing this, Jess.

By the way this is my third time coming here. First experience: it was a little hard, I never made it thru the door due to interruption of thoughts, my mind would skip steps and delay movement, I'd see myself stuck or seeing the opposite of what I'm supposed to see, I was confused and the house kept moving backwards as I moved closer. I opened my eyes and closed again, all of the sudden I was back to the stairs, I tired to pass through the door but I couldn't so I stopped and told myself ill try again next time. Stopping, I started worrying ab why didn't I get through, I started to wonder what was wrong. Sec experience: was better, I made it through, I was very excited to make it through and to finally see my beautiful feminine, she didn't say much but she spoke, I couldn't listen bc I was overwhelmed with excitement and so I considered that moment. A bonding moment, I was almost interrupted but the bell, I opened my eyes slightly and quickly closed them, I felt a lil sad to leave but convinced myself I can always come back. Overall it all went well. I came back again today, everything was excellent but something happened, I was holding the key with my right hand instead of left..that part was a but opposite and I noticed this after passing through the door, I began to worry, and started seeing myself restarting the process but this time I was running, however, nothing changed, I was back at the path, I took a walk, I did everything very well, I stopped and heard the hymning, i heard everything clearly but I was still worried and frustrated, I got to the door and when the door opened everything was diff from last time but I kept going with the audio, it was hard to relax and all that but suddenly I was able to hear my intuition speaking thru me, this time I learnt, but I still can't get over that bell😭🙉 even after she told me to relax, I panicked and ended up feeling a lil bit jumpy, tho I tried to calm myself, from there everything was fine. I have to admit that your relaxing technique is really really good, today I felt really relaxed, I love how you give us time to relax and consistently telling us to relax, Amen. 🙏 ❤ Ill come back next time,I hope I can keep up with the bell🔔

Four years later and this meditation feels like it was just created yesterday 🥰🥰🥰…I feel so calm. I am a very controlling at times because I want everything to go perfectly well. But life’s not like that. This meditation taught me too simply let go and trust everything is working out for me. It was such a relief to let it all goes and embrace the uncertainty ahead with a knowingness that it is all good even if it doesn’t feel like so…at first. I'm repeating this meditation!! The woman I met was so kind, that's what made her more beautiful. Also, she was the color of white light, but her eyes....they were like 2 white opals, that actually where the earth in each. And before the narrator even said it, this woman that held my hand with opal eyes, spoke to me and said: return whenever you want, and I will be here.

I am crying with joy, I havent felt this kind of love and light from my higher self before. thank you.

For some reason, I got really emotional when Jess started talking about the meadow, the warm sunlight and the birds. When she talked about the woman I was crying pretty hard. I don't know why. I found it hard to let go of her. But I did. I still felt an attachment to her as I was leaving. I'm finding it hard to make sense of it. I was sad after I left.

Wow, this was amazing! I had a similar experience. When I met the woman, I was crying tears like rain. I felt like I met with an old soulmate I had not seen for a long time. I also did not want to leave her but she gave me a big warm hug and let me know she'd be there for me, waiting. I was overwhelmed with feelings of gratitude ,relief trust and Joy. Words cannot describe how thankfull I AM right now. Mindblowing,❣️🙏

I saw someone opening a newspaper, felt an energetic attack towards me across my chest, felt a neutral good energy and purified it and saw a beautiful pink love energy. I think I just healed my heart chakra :)

I can feel the stirring in my heart this is beautiful nothing but great things can happen from this

I needed this. Something has recently happened that has shaken me to the core. I felt so confused. Despite feeling sad and doubtful, I got so much clarity from this. I even asked how I knew this was my intuition and not just wishful thinking. My higher self almost laughed at me. You know, the voice said. You know.

When we touched I swam in an ocean if emerald and as I was swimming under water an eagal flew right above me mimicking my movment like we were one. It felt like heaven n I wanted to keep swimming but I had to go to an orchard! And there were acres and acres of beautiful fruit! This was life altering 🙏 The message was so clear its almost like I knew it right as it was said!

The woman I met was ethereal and had no face, just all light, we didn't speak.

Thank you for your guidance and thank you for educating me about how we all have both female and male energy in all of us because we are made in the likeness of God/Higher Power of our own understanding. I thank you specifically for this revelation because as much as I may have subconsciously known this to be true, embracing my female energies, feeding them, acknowledging them and turning to them for help/insight/companion like I do my masculinity has never intentionally happened until today!! Wow what a breakthrough, I didn't care about the stigma attached to this way. For a moment I did not see myself in any category, Male, Female, black, poor, rich, shortcomings or not I just was! I just met intuition oh how gorgeous she is.

This meditation was God sent. I have never felt love like I did during this meditation. Everything negative just released from my body. So beautiful. Thank you so much🥰🥰

I noticed that synchronicity started to become very evident in my life and opportunities were opening up. All of a sudden an unexpected situation arose and I became homeless - I was living from my car and everything I owned was in storage. Things were looking pretty bleak, but somewhere inside me I heard a voice say that I would know why this was happ"I must start by saying how much I'm enjoying,[ Check Details Here *4ManifestAll. I have printed a copy so that every spare moment I have is spent reading this incredible information!"

This is my first doing this meditation and honestly I’ve experienced going to the darkest places, including hell at some points but I managed to get out of it by making peace with it. What I learned from this the person in white (who turned out be my highest self) in order to have the life that you want: you must surrender your darkest shadows, let go of past associations that are no longer serving you, and the path may be hellish but at least you’ll receive the award in the end and become your dream and authentic self. Thank you so much for this. So much happened inn such a short amount of time for me. I honestly didn't realize what i was getting myself into when i started the video. However 'something' was encouraging me to just listen as well as follow your voice. At first it was difficult to visualize yet i stuck to it and I'm dofearful i did because i not only met my d.f. (higher self) that i thought for the longest time was taken from me, i saw my bio father there was just a warm understanding no spoken words. I heard my grandmother from my moms side whome had passed away 10yr. Ago giving me as much affirmation as she could but also meant others voices and faces. Off in the distance i could hear someone shouting my name like they were running after me like i was to be leaving them behind. Only to turn around to my heart filling with love and joy trusting in that i saw my smile that only my kids could ever get out of me return to my being. I asked why i felt like i was longing for home and the answer was clear that I'm not ready to go home i still have a lot of living to do. Once i learn to trust & love myself again i will know how to trust and love others as well. Thank you again for so much more than i could ever imagine....

I ask for guide because Is hard " Feeling that I don't belong anywhere" I move always place to place because I don't feel like home! Always feel like don't belong here but ! I came across with this video and I did it for first time! Went I enter I was so happy (cry of joy) I saw a big tree 🌳 and I ran and hug him and I feel the love from it ( it was like I was there before) I was doing what you said before you say it! My granddaughter passed at the age of twelve. When I held hands with “the most beautiful woman I have ever seen”, it was her as an adult! I tried to hear her voice as she had a disability on earth and did not speak. But, she showed me my goals and dreams will be accomplished with Faith and no fear or doubt. This was the most revealing meditation I have ever done and I have been meditating for a few years now. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jess. I now know I am to proceed with building her legacy. ❤

Thank you i thoroughly enjoyed the journey. I still need to practice getting out of my head. It felt like i was bubbling on the surface most of the time as if reluctant to let go. My thoughts keep taking me out. I will continue to practice though. Love your voice and the music. 🙏😍🎵🎶🇿🇦♥️
