  I am new to your powerful meditations that help me to raise my consciousness and frequency for inner peace and compassion that I can share with other beings to ultimately create world peace that we so desperately need at this time. Back in the 1970's I created an early relaxation tape recording called Relaxation Procedures and I recall using the phrase "my mind is calm and my body is relaxing" which is so similar to your affirmation in this video. It is a powerful affirmation and one that I am still working with after all these years! I consider your video as so advanced as my tape recording and had no music at all let alone binary beats or transformative imagery. I love what you are producing and sharing with the world! Your voice comes through with so much sincerity and love. You have taken my early relaxation work to a new level and I sincerely thank you.
