This felt like a 2minute video, I was surprised when it ended. And yes I was wondering how many folks held their breath longer than they should. Thank you for this exercise/meditation. Much Love.

I too watched his series on Gaia, and believe this to be him. I am new to his teachings, but I am disappointed at the professionalism of the meditation, e.g. did he even review the recording? He pronounces pineal several different ways. He often tells you to hold your breath then never gives you the cue to release it. Lastly, he instructs you to clench your nasal muscles. Really? On Gaia he speaks about clenching your stomach muscles, how did this slip through?
