    Since working from home, I noticed I have a lot of tension in the shoulder area. Never had an issue until working from home. I will definitely try to do this type of video on a regular basis. Thanks so much

    It is an important note to do a warm-up before stretching exercises. We often don't remember this because stretching exercises seem gentle. As you say, Meg, occasional exercise every few days is a misconception. You need to exercise systematically, every day. It can be a different type of exercise each time.     Dawn here from Canada,so appreciate these stretches. I have had daily back & hip pain for yrs.,causing a lot of sleepless nights.l have not been doing them for very long.I now find I have a lot less pain, & sleeping much better at night. They have helped my osteoarthritis & my osteoporosis immensely.Thank you so very much.😊

    I on occasion tense up from my mind thru my whole body. The mind responds to meditation and music. The body however is still tense. Your sessions help relax the body. Thank you. Charlie in Syracuse New York.

    Thank you so much! You have provided some variability from some of the other good videos from AIM, and I will be able to add these to what I really need to make a daily habit of doing faithfully. I am having more and more difficulty looking to one side or another while riding in the car, and at almost 87 years of age, there are still a lot of things to see out there that I don’t want to miss when my son or daughter say, “Hey Mom, look over there!”

    The neck and shoulders video is great!!! I’m 91 years old and do my own house work and cooking. My stiffness in the neck has improved greatly!!! You are the only one I’ve viewed that does warmup before beginning!!!

    Your neck session helps me turn my head in order to back into my driveway. May not sound like a big deal but my street is very busy and going forward from my driveway is the best way to avoid an accident. Thank you as always, Charlie in Syracuse New York.

    I want to try this. I was in the hospital and had a non shoulder related surgery and got behind on my normal exercise routine. Then i exercised and over did it, and now i have shoulder pain on right shoulder. So im wanting some very mild exercise so i can get back to my normal routine where i use a rubber band and 5 and 10 pound weights. Im 65 years old also. 👍

    Great work out today! It got me ready for my work today which is to move furniture and boxes and clean and declutter for a homeless shelter! Lots of energy going into work today! Thank you Meg! For me it was a 4. Close to a 5. I feel GREAT!!!!1

    I have been seeing a chiropractor,PT and DR for severe pain In My neck and upper shoulders since January with just some Relief. I did your exercises for the first time,with you and I feel great!!!!! I think I’m going to cry I feel so good Thank you❤

    Hi I’ve been out of pocket, but hopefully back. I very much enjoy your videos,this one especially. I have had neck strain for a few weeks now. I’m wondering if comes from looking down at I pad while and books while reading. Is so will this help and what else do you suggest? Thanks again for all you do, and how you do it.
