AIM Fitness-Activities In Motion

AIM Fitness is dedicated to offering specialized fitness programs for older adults aged 50 and up. We provide In-Home Personal Training services in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, along with Virtual Fitness options globally, Seniors Health and Wellness Education, and Fall Prevention Webinars. Our online fitness membership program, AIM Fitness Online, is a complete fitness program that you can do at home with access to 20-30 minute exercise videos to help improve your strength and balance.

    Love all your videos! I’m 69 with slight osteoporosis and low arm muscle mass. I have been exercising with you for a while now and definitely feel the difference in my arms. And have more energy for those grandsons too!

    Meg, as I told you, and wrote here previously, this daily routine quickly strengthened my entire 78-year-old body. I felt like a teenager. One big change was the end of rotator cuff pain. Another was no more thigh jiggling when walking. Then I had surgery, and after a few short weeks off, I’m back to Square One, ready to resume Aim Fitness. Your encouraging words convince me that I can soon walk without leg flab LOL! I can overcome this atrophy, despite my age and osteoporosis. You’re the first therapist to take away my fear that various moves will injure my spine and joints. Meg, you have the gift of calmly inspiring us without commanding, warning, and over-explaining. It’s a seamless method that is rare. Thank you!

    2 been exercising regularly with this video. Have noticed an improvement...back, hips & legs feel stronger & do not ache as much. Am not taking medication for osteoporosis. Prefer not to take it. Trying alternative options. Thanks for video!!!

    I just started your videos. I have severe osteoporosis so I need weight bearing exercises every day. Your exercises are some I can actually do. I've fractured my left knee twice and can't do full squats because I don't have full range of motion in that knee. Thank you for providing exercises I can do.
