Sciatica pain is very common for most people and can have lasting effects especially as we age. In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through easy to follow seated stretches routine to help relieve pain from sciatica and improve flexibility and mobility.

Sciatica pain or "back pain" can be debilitating which can affect our motivation to stay active. Not staying active can lead to other health issues. Making sure you take time to address the issues that come from sciatica pain can help keep you healthy, active and able to do daily activities that you enjoy. Moreover, this exercise video is meant to help you relieve some of this pain on a weekly basis when performed correctly. This is a seated routine and should be performed using a sturdy chair.
Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that does not cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and be sure to perform this exercise only as often as you feel comfortable.

I love these seated sciatica stretches BUT why after months the left leg still feels like first day as to the tightness

Keep it up, if it still persists maybe you should see someone about the consistent tightness.
There is No Way I can do the figure 4 stretch!
