    Great explanation, but mssing server-side tracking for an enhanced first party data stream

    The biggest losers in this in my opinion is affiliates and affiliate marketers. Without 3rd party tracking cookies, how will affiliate marketers track their sales? Or how will affiliates attribute sales or conversions to the proper affiliate? I understand the need for advertisers to collect data that helps them better tailor their ads, or for targeting, but there are other ways around that I think.
