I feel so helpless against my heavy periods since I haven't been able to get my mom to take me to the doctors. I just want to feel normal again. Even though my mom tells me its normal to have a messed up period when you first start, but I started my period FOUR YEARS AGO and my periods last for WEEKS and are so heavy I alway bleed through my clothes within an hour. Hi Vicky, Using coriander seeds and cinnamon drink to reduce heavy periods is an age old therapy, the drink in India is called mallikalayam. Coriander seed does not induce periods

And also what food should be taken 1 week before period & during period, if possible go in detailed about the foods rather just mentioning health foods. And also it will be much more better if the foods are from south Indian foods. Our olden days Indian foods are not just food but food + medicine which we almost loosing them...

Hi Rosa, I would recommend the Ashoka bark powder remedy. Its super effective. I have given options because some people may have allergies to some of the natural ingredients, so they can choose from the options that will suit their body type.

same,I get heavy periods that never stop ooofff I am 17 years old,I always go to gyne when this problem occurs but Once I tried eating flax seeds (alsi)that helped but this time I am not able to go to doctor beacuse of lock down,no remedy is working And In a week Eid aa rhi hai and yeah,I am f**ked up,Bleeding for a month☺
