Maam ,your all vedios are superb I have a problem in the right thigh tightness, stiffness and lower back pain .past 1 year I have been suffering . It is difficult to walk because im feeling tightness, heaviness and it pulls me like elastic. I had showed to the doctor ,he asked me to wear belt for that back . I'm not finding any improvement. I have seen your vedio about lower back pain and siatica pain . But I don't have sciatica pain.please please give a solution . I have tried all the treatments. And one more thing now adays I'm getting knee pain also, full leg weakness,not able to stand little time also. Thank you.
