She’s worried about her father, in Japan children are more likely to sacrifice their own happiness for the sake of their parents.

There is th scene where Naoki’s parents are discussing how Kotoko draws him out of his shell and that it worried them for quite some time. This and the idea that Kotoko is much like Mrs. Irie In her adorable way, and we all know that boys tend to marry their moms.

I always love the yuki's reaction lol 😂

I watched the first season but it was hard for me. I cringed a lot at the scenes Kotoko made. In a relationship one is usually cooler head, more logical. In time they adjust for communications sake. Your explanations help me watch again

Naoki ans his mother are smart. Both of them just has different on their EQ. But Naoki and his mother has similar interest.
