I finally jumped to the end of your video 'cuz it was kinda long. Most KZreadrs put their state and I don't think anyone could figure out what part of a state you live in. Blessings!

Something popped in my head while watching video. If you find land near a beach you might check out the hurricanes that have hit in that area in last few years and cost of insurance for this type disaster. This would be my thought process... thought I would share. Prayers for safe travels and search for your " Happy Place".

I like knowing just the state. That would be great because I do travel by myself. And go through many states. North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida have great beaches. Have been to several of them. You did clean out your storage from where you were and relocate that to about 200 miles away. . Loved the area that you were near Weki . Safety is important to me too. Fun fact mid to northern Maine is the safest state in the US! Just thinking maybe because their are not many big cities besides Portland in the south.

I would think putting the state would be safe.

Im glad you didnt settle for a mobile home. I know you wanted to own land and if you went with that option the land would still be leased. I know too many who have had their leases doubled or tripled when a new owner came in for the mobile home park and they were forced to leave.

You will know when you find the perfect piece of land where you are meant to be. You will not need to ask anyone else for their opinion. Trust in Gods timing.

Michigan upper and lower peninsula is gorgeous with many beaches on the wonderful great lakes. Marquette in the upper is a beautiful town on Superior with small communities nearly. Escanaba is also a beautiful town in upper on lake Michigan. Many beaches in lower too, I hear lake Huron is beautiful. And so much to explore. Big sand dunes in lower. I'm really touting Michigan! North Carolina and northern Maine coastlines are my favored areas to retire in. Buy sone land and put a cottage on it. I have vacationed in both areas many times different times of the year. Cost of living and friendly people excellent. I too want to be closer to the ocean. Im near a large river now. But to be on a lake and near a ocean would be where my soul would be happiest.

Thank you for the update. It is likely safely tell the State as long as the state is bigger than Rhode Island or Connecticut... I Love the coast but after several relatives have had their property wiped out by hurricanes, I would want to be higher and a bit inland. I can't wait to see what you finally purchase. As far as state....my opinion is ....case to case basis 🤷. I’ve thought about buying land and putting an RV on it. And living off grid. I’m selling my condo. It’s 800 sq feet and it’s too much for me. I’m going to travel and work seasonal jobs and save money for awhile before I decide on buying land etc. Thanks for sharing your journey!!

I am presently in Franklin, NC, and one of the local papers is advertising plots of land set up with water and electricity, which are set up for RVs or tiny homes. Maybe you should check into that.

My vote is no, don’t tell us the state you might buy property in because there are to many weird-o’s out there and you’ve already shared you want to be near the ocean so that would narrow the scope. Not sharing with the viewers (me) is another form of self-care. If you don’t share the state you will be continuing to live by example to us related to taking care of yourself (or ourselves) so you (or we) can continue to be a blessing in someone’s day.

I have to say that one thing I was hoping would'nt happen was a piece of land out in the middle of nowhere with no commuunity. I never heard you say you were interested in another community like where you have been living in Georgia. So, probably my bad. I think it's safe to say what state you are looking in. In your previous video you said to stay tuned to see when you explained how many miles you drove to move all of you belongings from one storage (in another state?) to the other. Then you titled and ended this video saying you traveled 3000 miles to travel looking at land, but I didn't ever hear you reveal how many miles you traveled to relocate your belongings to another storage. Did this 3000 miles include both projects? Were you looking at land while also moving your belongings to the other storage?

Linda I feel that your followers would like to know what state you're in,what we don't need to know is your where about,location or community you will be living in,just my opinion I'm not trying to tell you what to do,have a blessed day.

Having been involved in real estate most of my life I want to tell you that unrestricted land also means all your neighbors can do what they want with their land like have a pig farm or a junkyard or stuff you might not want next door to you. Know all the county rules before you buy to be safe😉
