I am so glad I found your channel. I am 68 and still working a full time job which I love and am very blessed to have. Life is good and I will be debt free this year. I have no imminent plans to retire from my job but I do think about an alternate life. The road is open before me. Like you in my younger years I was always on the go. I loved to travel and when not traveling I I moved almost every year and house sat a lot. I got to enjoy many beautiful homes in the Monterey, Ca area. I moved to Texas in the mid 90s and except for a short stint in CT for a job have been here since then. I have become a homebody in the last 10 years or so. I love being at home. And I love nature and the great outdoors. Lest this comment become a book let me just say I will gain inspiration from your journey and see where my path goes. Having money to live is paramount. If one can have that security then many things are possible. I edited this to add that good health is also paramount. With money and good health many things are possible.

@@SereneandSimpleLife I have been binge watching a lot of your earlier videos. So interesting!! Our paths in life have taken a very similar trajectory. Grew up in the Midwest, moved to CA, then to Texas, a Christian sister, not married currently (married a very long long time ago for a brief time), moved a LOT! :) Definitely had the nomadic spirit which I think I inherited from my parents. It looks like a nice area & wonderful that it’s a gated community. How far from Ringgold, GA, is it? I stayed at an AirBnB in Chattanooga, TN, when I toured that area & liked it. Chattanooga is 15 mi north of Ringgold. Mo in NJ

Tiny house is in my near future in Tiny Estates PA

Yes, visiting the entire USA except for Alaska was definitely helpful and living in many states through the years. I embrace change. I pray daily and ask God for guidance and direction. North Georgia Mountains is almost 3 hours away from the Incredible Tiny Home plant. I did not know they delivered the Tiny Homes they make that far away from New Port Tennessee. Do you know if they will deliver one to the Texas Hill Country area?

Thank you for taking the time to create this video. I would love to visit the northern part of Georgia, but with the laws of the state I would not live there. Wills are exspensive there and they make it a hazel because of the system. My sister and brother in law live outside Atlanta. The Appalachian Trail, one of the premier National Scenic Trails, starts near Amicalola Falls SP. What a beautiful season you had there. Having a community space and a pool is really nice for getting to know your neighbors. Thank you for taking us along on your journey.

It would be nice if you would take the new owner around and introduce them to the people that you have bonded with. This might make the transition easier.

Buy a slightly used class c rv..travel a while.buying land is smart but will not be cheap.

I won't put the name of the community here, but is it really a secret when they themselves advertise and have a website? It only takes a Google Search to find it. Why the secrecy? I'm just curious. They also have lots for sell and I love how if you pay your lease 1 year in advance, you only pay for 11 months. That's an awesome deal, but I only want South Georgia.
