    YES, all along you said you wanted to own land. In fact, you were taking us along as you were searching for land in different places.

    I think it's important not to take offense if people don't agree or like everything about your channel. I used to subscribe but I have found to be honest that sometimes the videos are longer and I just don't have the time to watch them. If you think about it, people will follow several various people on KZread. It can add up to be a lot of time. To me, time is precious and I don't have the time to sit and listen to somebody for 30 minutes or an hour each time. Also, some topics may not be applicable or interesting to everyone and that's ok. I think if you do KZread you have to just do it because you enjoy it. If it becomes a chore and you don't enjoy it anymore, time to rethink that. I enjoy the videos when you're out on the road, minimalism, living on a fixed income etc. As others have suggested maybe take some time off for yourself... an extended summer break. Might give you a different perspective later. All the best.

    Linda just enjoy your journey. We are enjoying your journey also. It is all a learning experience for YOU. I regret people making unkind comments and opinions that is your journey.carson in Ohio🙏❤️. Interesting comparison. Also, if you enjoy traveling, leave home and travel. I have no idea why people don’t want you leave the tiny home and travel.👍🌺

    Linda 🩵your cabin stepping home retreat w/loft, barn door slide & pocket door. My favorite. Actually the entire flow of it inside & out. Disliked it was a lease. 😢 #1 you’re happy. We’re all on a journey regardless of our temporary home here. Appears your financially stable & prepared for your costs in the future & doing great. Thanks 💐💞for sharing. Blessed trails to you.

    I like this house much better. I like the separate room for crafts and office space/guest room. It feels more cozy and homey. The other one was such a big open space. I like cozy better.

    Oh I love it! The other was great but this is the greatest! Im like u about sleeping in a recliner. After sleeping in a car for 5 mo. in driver seat reclined & sleeping in my house in a recliner in living room with a queen bed in bedroom, I just cant sleep in a flat bed. But u have an electric recliner & thats gotta be enough to spoil ya!😉. I think my favorite part of your home is the screened in porch!!! Thanks for sharing & may u find peace & tranquility in your little cottage nest🏡✝️✌️

    Hello Linda, living in a Clam. Thats novel and meets your needs to shelter you comfortably and produce the social media content you do. The audio and lighting is remarkably good. I think uour new home is a beneficial change in that javing ownership of land in general a solid asset that increases value and you have owner equity from the first day its yours. I have both owned and also leased land. The lease was a 30 year renewable and could be subleased. Its rare to get a lease arrangement that flexible. It worked for me. But i have made money with both leasing and ownership arrangements. Location is the critical element for both leases and real property ownership. Its esential for safety security access to services and amenities. In addition you also have oncome producing property with few exceptions. You have RV spaces to offer by reservation and you can showcase your product line where uou are. You have a accessible covered picnic area that uou can walk to which could serve as a meeting location when you host a meet up event or teach a class. At the same time you have your personal space and everything you need in your Cozy Nest Cottage. Good upgrades in this home that will keep increasing in value and afford you debt free living. You hit a clear home run over the scoreboard with this one. You a quick study and jave the good sense to Go See Do. Om sure there were times when your nack ached ,your feet hurt and your hands were swollen from the amount of labor intensive land preperation and finish work you did on your own But you did it and all the contractor engineering permitting and decision making. I know how difficult that is because i have done it . The permitting and inspection process alone is daunting. But your just as smart as the next person and a independect capable individual. Good decisions on materials tradesmen and an esthetically pleasing functional home. Now you will work for the summer and another season will come and go. To everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8 .The time we have on this earth is short . We are to make good use of the time here we are given. I think your doing that. Rember the people who watched Noah build the tiny by comparison gofferwood boat and thought it was unnecessary until the rain started . Sunday is the Lords day. Rest and praise the lord all day for he is good and does great things. Amen! ❤

  • @stillirise4289
    @stillirise4289Күн бұрын

    There is overwhelming abundance of content creators and as a result .....youtube is flooded and it has become about the mighty dollar bottom line and this leads to an abundance of videos. With the abundance of content creators today you will see the topics are changing as well. Muckbangs, house tours, grievances between content creators or more! I think the bottom line has a lot to do with content matter that is being discussed.. You may want to explore other topics... also, what age group are you trying to attract?
