My idea of the Caledonian Twins is the same as the RWS canon, so here’s my take on that ghost engine. Instead of being a triplet to Donald and Douglas was a CR class 652 kit sold to the Killdane Scrap yard in 1949 when the scrap yard first opened. When she arrived, the scrap yard rebuilt her as a tank engine. After being completed, her name was declared as Stella. She worked hard, but following a brake failure in 1961, she lost her whistle to a low-hanging crane’s hook and fell off the edge of the smelting pit and was melted into slag. It was her timely demise that led to the purchase of Harry & Bert, who operate the scrap yard in her stead. The say that on Halloween, the night of her death, her spirit returns to the scrap yard to find her lost whistle.

In my AU, Donald, Douglas and Duncan are named after scottish clans with the same name.

My ideel for the Scott's is that the were privately owned by callen castle in 1911 both are painted in C.R. blue both two type eyes color one maroon red and the other crystal blue,both of them are C.R. 652 Class.

My ideal Donald and Douglas both arrived in 1959 same as in the book however Douglas was not meant to show up instead it was going to be Donald and a British Railway standard 4mt 4-6-0 however when the deputation happen is decided to keep both engines on Sodor
