Healthy diet plan
Wake up firstly drink Warm water
Breakfast oat milk 🥛 and 🍌 smoothie bowl 🥣
Have seasonal fruits
In lunch have chapati beans curry rice curd
Full of protein & carbohydrates
Chana chaat I really like as evening snack & tea
After that I have shake juice 🥤
Dinner time I enjoy basic roti sabzi rice
This routine follow upto 20 days and consistently for 3 months you got definitely 👍 gain weight

    Dii nhii ho rha h..weight gain k liye pure din mein 2000 calories se upr khana padega diii ye sob se 2000 calories puri hogi.... 2000 calories k liye kya khana padega pure din mein nhi pta... Kya karu dii plzz help kare.. 😔🥺😭

    Sabki boady alg alg react krti h dear 2000 calories khana to important hai but wo body me lgna chahiye tb hi weight gain hoga and breakfast must h ek routine set karo and stress free raho Milk, kishmish, or Chana ye chize jarur add kro diet me daily 👍 and I make a video for how to eat during weight gain and thank you so much for asking☺️🥰 don’t worry weight gain is slow process
