My 3D Printer isn’t square!

#3dprinting #anycubic
In this video I discuss some of the problems I’ve encountered 3D printing and solutions I've found.
Not mentioned in the video, despite correcting the alignment problem, it is still out slightly, but this doesn't effect the prints. The printer itself is out by 2mm, but the adjustment screws take up most of that.
Also no complaints about the printer, it works great! If only I can get it to print ABS without coming loose!

For the z axis endstops I measured the distance from the base to the lower rod of the x axis

I use a piece of ptfe tube for the extruded entry, you should measure the distance of the build plate to the base instead to the carrier frame. Reminder to loosen the tension for the extruded turn the screw clockwise . Is your temperature correct. If the nozzle clogs so often something is very wrong

You mean base as the tray the build plate sits on? The printer is working much better now, although I notice it's still out by 2mm. It must have been way worse than I originally thought. At least 1 nozzle clog was when I was experimenting with ABS, I was removing the ABS and it somehow clogged the bowden tube as well, I had to cut the clogged part off. The temperatures were all wrong in Ultimaker Cura, I believe something changed when updating the software as my first ABS print worked perfectly. I've since increased the temperature by 5c and set the hotbed to 100c and that kind of works but prints still let go if I don't glue them down!

@@FixTechStuff by base I mean the top of the box that holds the electronics. The x axis has to be level For the knutwurst Firmware they have a Facebook group where you can ask questions it’s in German but google translate does miracles if you ask a question in English you also get English answers. For abs an enclosure is advised I rather use petg no harmful odors almost as good as abs
