Dr.thank you so much for the timely tips to ward off knee pain.especially these 2years have disabled even normal people who have the habit of regular walking.people , between the ages of 60 and 70 (I'm 62, a regularly walking person)suffer slot as family members dont allow us to go out,fearing that we will catch Corona infection .God Bless You Doctor.thank you.i request you to post a video for improving RBC level.certain foods like broccoli, paneer,figs are very expensive n not available sometimes. Suggest fruits n vegetables that can be consumed by even asthmatic s.thank you so much.
